Kierland Commons

Spacious shopping area with a variety of stores and restaurants. I come here mainly if I’m in the area and want to browse at Crate and Barrel, but other stores such as Z Gallerie and BCBG are other favorites of mine to browse in. This is one of the few shopping areas that doesn’t have one of the large department store anchors such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, or Saks.

Walking on the streets of kierland commons is one of my favorite things to do especially during the evenings, the lights are beautiful, i also enjoy sitting next to the fountains.
This outdoor mall is tastefully done, it has some great options for shopping as well as dining.
They have stores like BCBG, Michael kors, victoria’s secret, coach, banana republic etc for retail therapy and great places to dine or just grab a bite like snooze, the cheesecake factory, sushi bar, zinc bistro, starbucks, cold stone creamery and many more.
The best part about being here is you can just cross over to Scottsdale quarter, another shopping center.
It’s a cool place to meet your girl gang (you will never run out of stores for shopping) or just hang on the patio of the restaurants. It also gets quite busy on weekdays especially during lunch hours. Good luck with parking.

Absolutely nothing better than an afternoon spent shopping here. Not only do they have the best designer shops (Michael Kors! Michael Kors!), they have some great places to eat here as well. I love their VS and the little boutique shops. I will be back or across the street at the quarters!

Great outdoor mall in North Scottsdale. Lots of nice restaurants some independent from corporate. Also lots of good shopping especially for the ladies. Fun place to walk around and enjoy

A rip off, staff is not friendly, food and drinks overpriced, golf overrated. And rooms are small.

I love the atmosphere and wide variety of shops. Some of the shops include: Victoria’s Secret, Anthropology, White House Black Market, Coach, Francesca’s, Ann Taylor, Chico’s and Michael Kors.
There are also many food opportunities: Starbucks, PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory, Coldstone, and North.
I also love that there is a pedestrian path across the busy Scottsdale road to Scottsdale Quarter, another superb shopping center right across from Kierland.

First time here while on a family vacation. Great outdoor shopping center with choices of variety of stores from food to furniture and anything in between such as jewelry, shoes, clothes, and more. Finding parking space is rather challenging due to its popularity and demand of this shopping center, but at least we were told about it at the resort when we were registering. There are water mists placed randomly throughout the entire shopping center, and it was much appreciated on a day like today where the temperature was 102 °F. It messed up my hair style, but I did not mind at all. We drove by here at night, and it had an ambiance similar to a well known city in southern California, Irvine. Great experience!

One of my favorite shopping plazas, they have a lot of my favorite stores and essentials. There is a splash pad for kids conveniently located by a cold Stone, yum! They seem to move stores a bit but it’s easy to direct around. It is outdoor so avoid on a super hot day!

I loved this place! can these designers come to long island and make our outdoorish mall like this one? I don’t see why the west coast gets all these cool malls… anyway I finally got to experience Z gallerie in person (I stalk the website) and zinc bistro is over here so yay. I love the fountain things they have for kids, so cute.

Really nice open air shopping center. Downtown feel.
Parking can be a pain but if you can, park near the apartments.
Some stores available: Banana, Athleta, Chico’s, COACH, J. Jill, Lucky Brand, Papyrus and pottery barn kids… just to name a few.
Restaurants: Mastro’s, Morton’s, P.F. Changs and a few more.

Extremely close to Scottsdale Quarter, so if I’m in the area I always have to hit both locations.
The have an excellent fountain here that the kids can play in during the day if it’s hot enough and they also do awesome events each season.
During Christmas I know they had Santa there and complimentary hot chocolates which is an awesome and free family event.
Also, how do you go wrong with an awesome book store? I waste my afternoon in there weekly.

We just did a drive through the area but it looked to have a lot of high dollar stores, restaurants and plenty of urban hipsters. Might be better to walk around but there were stores too rich for my blood.

Great place to shop, dine and stroll with the family.
Plenty of shade and misters to stay cool. Fountain was under maintenance. Front row parking. Stores we entered we refreshing from the heat — Friendly staff at Stone Cold.

I loved this place! It is one of the best outdoor shopping experiences in Scottsdale, Arizona. They have many good stores from Anthropologie, to Bebe to Barnes & Noble. They also have nice restaurants ranging from fancy to café style. I really enjoyed this place and hope to be coming back soon!

Outdoor mall situated in affluent North Scottsdale. If you don’t do heat PLUS snobby and rude, this might not be the place for you. Start with Biltmore Fashion and work your way up…
Kierland Commons and Kierland Quarters are great places to go for a day of shopping. There are plenty of restaurants to satisfy any appetite. There’s a little «elite-​ness» in the atmosphere. It’s not uncommon to see Ferrari’s, Maserati’s, Bentley’s, Rolls Royce’s, Aston Martin’s and the likes parked here. So if you are intimidated by this then… (you know)
I don’t have the privilege to drive a luxury vehicle, but I do love to shop and eat. :-) My experiences here have been very pleasant. I often find myself spending a whole day here. :-) I always find a good deal. I like going to many of the stores or just simply window shopping (uhhh. Wow! oooh-​la-​lahhhh!). On certain evenings, there is entertainment such as a listening to live band, children playing in the fountain, watching a local school performance, or taking in a movie.
There are a mixture of restaurants… very high-​end, swanky restaurants to reasonably affordable.

Kierland Commons has some uncommon stores ad restaurants that we visit on occasion. iPic is the best movie experience in town. I’m a fan of True Foods and Zinc Bistro. They have the best Apple Store in the region. And the clothing stores are good for splurging.
Mall layout is also nice when the weather is good. During the summer, it’s a drag to be out there in the extreme heat.
And if you want to see a bunch of people with Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, and an occasional Lambo, this is definitely your place.

The weather is awesome right now and now is the time to go to shopping centers like Kierland. Over the past few years, it has been one of my favorite places to visit from the Fall through Spring season. It reminds me of Town Square in Las Vegas (one of my fav places of all time).
There are a ton of restaurants here… Bobby’s Jazz Lounge, North, Mastro’s, PF Chang’s, Chloe’s Corner, Zinc Bistro… and much more. We enjoy grabbing an Ice Cream at Cold Stone and walking around. It’s also fun to bring our dogs for a leisurely stroll window shopping. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

An outdoor shopping mall with Tommy Bahama store and restaurant, Barnes and Noble and The Loft to name a few. The setup is appealing with decorative landscaping of palm trees and various plants. The only thing I didn’t like was trying to find parking. It can get busy and be a little tight. But other than that if you go when the weather is cooler it’s a nice shopping experience.

More upscale type shops, which is fine if that’s what you are looking to find. The atmosphere is great to walk around in and once it cools off we’ll be venturing back and giving the Tommy Bahama restaurant a try since there outside porch view of the Kierland Commons seemed ideal.
I’d recommend going here if you are looking for a nicer (and a touch pricier) outfit, eclectic art /​furniture for the home and maybe a bite to eat. Oh. Final note — the Barnes and Noble is a large location so be sure to swing in there for a good book, coffee or a clean bathroom break!
