We switched to this agent after having serious problems with another (not a good situation!). What a relief! I knew we had a bad agent before, but I didn’t realize how bad we were being raked over the coals until dealing with Jeremy and his staff. Phew! uuhhggg… Water heater exploded… well not exactly exploded, but the back seam split. 100’s of gallons of water drained out of my garage as I was sleeping peacefully in my bed.
Hop in the shower and find very little hot water… wife comes in and yells to turn off the water because the garage was full of water.
I called Jeremy and he quickly got the ball rolling. He gave me a phone number to call to get the flood people out to start drying the house. Before he got off the phone with me, he already had the insurance end approved and ready for work to start!
Jeremy’s team has been good to me for the past 7 or 8 years now!
