History

Established in 1978.

I entered the real estate industry in 1978 while in Graduate School at Texas A & M University.

Starting from the ground up, I quickly moved into the private acquisition of «transitional properties» and outlying growth pattern properties. From there, entered the development world and brokerage ownership world, successfully operating a RE/​Max franchise for some 18 years.

Areas of development include; retail, multi-​family, office, office/​warehouse and mini-​storage as well as residential lot development and construction.

Business Owner

Growing up in Southern California, I moved to Texas as a late teenager in a family move. I gained my formal education from Texas A & M University, graduating with a B.S. in 1977. I entered Graduate School in the College of Architecture and pursued my Master’s for 2 years. Real Estate opportunities emerged during that time and I entered the real estate business as an associate in 1978.

Having early success, I became involved in the «quiet» acquisition of «transitional» properties for clientele. In 1985, I purchased an existing real estate brokerage and merged that with another company in 1988. Shortly thereafter, I purchased a RE/​Max franchise, which I operated for 20 years before selling in 2008.

A change in lifestyle allowed me to move to Scottsdale Arizona where I have immersed myself in the real estate market.

My passions are real estate, baseball and horses.

I have two children in college in Texas and am married to my childhood sweetheart
