We patronized this store the week of Christmas 2015. The two girls working were obviously lackadaisical/disinterested towards their job and clearly uninterested regarding the customers. Their attitude was especially confusing considering the area’s demographics. These employees did not greet us or other customers while we were present. They did not inquire about or anticipate our needs and, reacted as if ‘put-off’ that we asked any questions.(For example, we inquired about the black & red raspberry-like candies [purchased at other H&D locations] and the girls claimed to have no awareness of the product nor did they make any effort to research and locate the item or determine if it was discontinued, nothing.) The girls stayed behind the counter giving the impression their only purpose was to operate the cash register. At one point I inquired why they weren’t playing Christmas music(instead of the R&B that was playing) and they responded that they were tired of Christmas music(clearly, they miss the point: the music is for the customers). The whole experience was completely unimpressive and rather ordinary negating the point of traveling to somewhere like Kierland Commons for holiday shopping.
