Dang I sure miss the old store more employees bigger place. But that’s about it. Couldn’t get no service here this time

Impressively sized dealership with everything under the sun in it. Heck you could even get married here if you wanted to, then you go go across the hall and get matching tattoos… lot’s of awesome clothes and jackets that you won’t find at other locations. .oh and bikes, lots of cool bikes.

OK, maybe I am expecting to much but with at least 2 other Harley dealerships between my house and this one, this was the last time I will go to this dealership. The dealership is about 1.5 hours from my house. I went up a few weeks back and really didn’t have enough time to walk around like I wanted to. When I came home I told my wife about the place and she really wanted to take a ride up and check it out. So yesterday (12-​29-​2015) my wife and I jumped on my motorcycle and along with another friend on his, we braved the 45‘ weather to take a ride to the dealership to look around. My friend owns a Harley, I do not but I still like to go to the dealerships and look. So we arrive at the dealership only to find that they are closed for inventory. UGH. That IS NOT why I am upset. As we parked our bikes in front of the store so we could get off and stretch our legs there was two people standing on the sidewalk chatting. The guy told us that they were closed for inventory. I told him that we had just rode 1.5 hours in the cold to check out the shop. He just shrugged his shoulders. I understand that stores need to do inventory but why not do it like most other stores. Close a couple of hours early and work through the night or just section off the store and do a department at a time. Still not the reason I am mad but the attitude of the guy on the sidewalk didn’t help matters. He turned around and went back inside. My friend mentioned that he really needed to use the restroom (just number 1). I told him to ask and see if they would let him. And here is THE reason. The guy that was standing on curb earlier opened a side door to let a couple of people in. My friend yelled over to him and asked if e could just run in and use the restroom real quick. The guy, in a rude voice said, «No we’re closed.» I said, «I know but we just rode and hour and a half not knowing you were closed, to specifically come to this store.» The guy just looked at me and shut the door. Now I ask, why couldn’t the guy have said sure just make it quick or let me check with a manager to make sure it is ok. Why did he have to be rude about it. My wife asked if there was anything at this store that we couldn’t get at Chandler Harley or one of the other dealers. My friend and I both said no. I know there are services that the other dealers don’t have, but as far as product goes the other dealers have about the same stuff. The guy that we encountered was so rude that, along with the 1.5 hour ride it takes to get there, made us decide that this was our last trip there and they just lost 3 customers.

I rented a 2015 Ultra from Harley of Scottsdale on their Grand Opening weekend. Rich and Justin did what it took to get me to cancel my rental elsewhere and I’m glad I did! They bent over backwards to make me happy even after I told them I ride a Victory back home. After I picked up the bike, I rode to my favorite biker bar in AZ, The Hideaway in Cave Creek. While there, I met the owner of the dealership, Bob Parsons who bought me and my friend a beer. Icing on the cake. I will be renting from Harley of Scottsdale every time I am In Arizona.
On a side note, If you get a chance to go check out the dealership, do so. It’s the largest one in the world and absolutely amazing!

Rented my Road Glide Ultra from Richard and Justin. They were both awesome to deal with. Bike was great and they got you in and out quickly. New building is incredible. Fun to just get over there and spend some time looking (dreaming!).

Katie went out her way to make sure that I got the perfect helmet. Beautiful show room.

Rented a road glide with a couple of other buddies for a trip up to Sedona, then down to Tombstone, over to Nogales and back up to Scottsdale over 3.5 days. It ended up being about 897 miles. Justin and Richard in the rental department were awesome getting us all setup on the bikes and ready for the ride. When we returned the bikes they quickly checked them back in and got us on our way. The customer service was excellent and the ride was second to none. I’ll definitely be back to rent another bike if not buy one some day.

This place is a Harley Davidson aficionado’s wet dream. This place literally has everything you can imagine… A wedding chapel, a movie theatre, a bar, a tattoo parlor, a ridiculous selection of Harley gear for men, women and for those hard core biker babies (newborn to 3T), a vast array of new and used motorcycles, an area in the middle of the store to fire up the Harleys and hear the ROAR! I was thrilled to see such a cool store here in Scottsdale. This is a must stop for Harley lovers.

About a month ago we traveled from Tucson to check out the bikes & service at Scottsdale Az. Harley Davidson. We had an excellent experience dealing with Tom Cox and purchased a 2015 Tri Glide.
Since then we have brought the bike back up for some service & add ons. Can’t say enough about the service department. Thanks Zack.
A week later we are back to pick the bike up which just happens to be Bob’s Biker Bash weekend. Since we booked a room for the night and now had two vehicles here they offered to take us back to our car (which was parked a mile away because of the event) They took us to our hotel helped us take our bags up. Thanks so much Javier, and then took us back to Harley for a great day of events and music. The Dobbie Brothers will be performing for free for all motorcycle indorced
riders.

Love the new place, two floors of interest for all. Tattoo parlor now, café, etc. Lots of bikes to look at. I have been to some events with friends and they always throw a good party. Just went to the custom bike contest and that was a blast. Always fund raising and doing good for AZ and the world, seriously. Congrats on the new place, guys!

I had a friend’s bike in need of a rear shock so I called the parts dept. and talked to Chris. They had the part in stock and it was reasonably priced. the problem was we were in south Scottsdale and we wouldn’t be able to get up there before closing because it was the end of the day. I also talked to Glen who said he lives right in my area and would deliver it to us on his way home!
We paid over the phone and Glen showed up a little while later with the part in hand just like they promised. I’ve been in the automotive aftermarket for a long time and I’ve never heard of anyone going that far above and beyond for a customer. Chris and Glen are SOLID guys and they have our business for life!

Stopped in the other day to look at purchasing a new motorcycle… Had the most helpful, knowledgeable salesman by the name of John Jones… he certainly knows his motorcycles… went above and beyond his job description to help us… a little more checking, but 80% sure we will buy from John…

Harley Davidson Scottsdale really is as good as it gets. For years I have taken my Harley to «another» Harley dealership and it seemed like every time I brought it in to that dealership there would be another little scratch or ding. When I bought my new Harley about 15 months ago, I figured that, by reputation, Harley Davidson of Scottsdale would be a better choice…
Best move I ever made. I feel like every member of the staff’s priority is personalized attention. Harley Davidson of Scottsdale was concerned about not only about my Harley but that I also feel very confident about the work being done.
Chris Flaim in Parts… absolute perfection. Chris’ Flaim’s attention to detail is right on target and never was there a moment of attempted oversell. He knew what would work on my Harley and what would not. His experience saved me hours of research.
I had a great deal of customization work to do on my 2014 Street Glide Special. Inner fairing, heated grips, rewiring, and complete new Spooky Custom handlebars. I also looked to Harley Davidson of Scottsdale to see if they could fix the wiring and loose bolts done by another local dealership. You can bet I was wondering if I would get the same old song and dance as the other dealerships. I can assure you… at Harley Davidson of Scottsdale it’s not going to happen.
I had the pleasure of meeting Tony Polizzi, Harley Davidson Master Technician, at Harley Davidson of Scottsdale. I was amazed at the rapt attention he payed to my concerns. He knew and understood every thought and frustration I was feeling. His smile with a confident firm handshake confirmed that I came to the right place. Ten hours of work and I was delivered a most masterful job and the attention to detail was fa beyond my expectations. I can honestly say that as long as Tony Polizzi, Harley Davidson Master, work at Harley Davidson of Scottsdale, I could not imagine any other person touching my Harley Davidson.
And of course… don’t leave out the person that washes the bikes after service… most amazing job. Thank you, Chris Flaim and Tony Polizzi.

By far, the most incredible HD dealership I’ve ever seen.

Recently got me a HD 1200X custom sportster from HD of Scottsdale. Really what got me was Bob Parson giving most of bike sales proceeds to Veterans it sold me on buying a new bike. As a Veteran it is important and personal to me when a dealership does this for my brothers.
Tom Cox was a great salesman and patient. Went out of his way to find my specific wants on returning me to be a HOG owner. Took time to show me different stuff. I highly recommend Tom Cox.

Scottsdale Harley is the best Harley Davidson dealership I have ever experienced. Not only was my sales experience from purchasing a brand-​new 2015 street glide incredible experience but then after my thousand mile service the attention to detail and service went above and beyond what was asked for. These guys always supersede my expectations. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks gang! :)

We just want to give a shout out to Chris Flaim in the parts department. His knowledge of Harley parts and his customer service is outstanding. Thanks to him we are already set up for the service on my husbands 2015 Road Glide.

I previously had a bad experience with an employee from NSHD. Cory Shanklin and Gina went above and beyond and have earned a customer for life! Best deal in 3 states on my new CVO and incredible customer service ! I’m glad to be back and I will tell everyone, «if you buy a bike anywhere else, you paid too much! What you look for in a dealership may be different than what I look for and is definitely different than what your neighbor may look for. With that in mind I am looking at this from my perspective. A guy who has been around Harleys his whole life. I remember the old school dealerships long before riding a Harley was cool. HD of Scottsdale is not an old school dealership. This is technology at it’s finest. The vision this dealership has to bring riders together so they can enjoy the wind in their face, hanging out with friends and making new ones is great. From their monthly pancake breakfast get togethers, bike night rides, concerts, ladies garage parties, etc; Shelly, their event coordinator, has something in the works always to keep you busy.
They boast about being #1 in customer service and I would agree that they are top notch. From their sales dept to service to parts and motoclothes, each member of the HDoS team makes you feel at home even if they are soon to be the largest Harley dealership in the world.
Go check them out. Say hi to their people. And tell them Grumpy sent you over.

This may have been one of the most festive and entertaining Harley Davidson dealers I’ve ever visited. These folks know how to have a good time at work and they take very good care of their customers with awesome service, great selection of bikes and apparel, and knowledgeable staff.
I visited here a few weeks ago on my visit to Scottsdale. I am always looking for the best Harley apparel and this place had a huge selection on vests, shirts (of all kinds), and motorcycle accessories. They also have one of the biggest showroom floors I have ever been to. If you are a Harley Davidson enthusiast, this is your place. You will be taken very good care of here.
