Men’s clothing also :) The jeans have always been butt flattering and there is always a fresh selection of stylish, modern clothing. When I accumulated enough points on my card for $ 40 buck worth of free stuff, they called me to let me know when they would expire which I thought was very nice. Trendy clothes with an attentive and friendly staff!

Terrible customer service.
Wanted to hop in to pick up an online order, should have only taken 5 – 10 minutes tops.
Ended up waiting 25 minutes for 2 different high school girls try to look up my order and then promptly tell me that they had put my order back in the case. (I had placed my order the night before and had 4 days to pick it up.)
So one of them spends 5 minutes fumbling around, looking for the keys and then brings my watch up to me. I tell her I’m gonna need it sized.
She turns to her other co-​worker who had just walked up announcing, «Hey I want to show you this video I took today!» They spend the next 2 minutes giggling at his phone with a couple of customers lining up behind me.
After watching the video, the first girl tells me that Mr Video was going to help me with my request & hands me my receipt. she then walks off to talk to the 2^nd girl forgetting that there were others waiting in line…
Mr video took my watch and tries to brush me off by saying «Oh you can just unhook the links & it’ll fit…»
I put it on my wrist and tell him, «No, I’m going to need to have a couple of the the other links removed, this is not the first Guess watch I’ve purchased.»
He takes it back from me with a look of ‘you mean you want me to do work’ on his face.
50 minutes later, I finally am able to leave the store.
After this experience, I will not do the Pick Up In store option again. The employees are a bunch of unprofessional high schoolers who need a refresher on dealing with customers while ON the clock…

Soft porn on the walls. Topless women posters all over. I ignored it for a few min and even noticed by daughter averting her eyes. I took my teenager to the dressing room to try on a dress and it got worse and worse. I had no choice but to tell the guy helping us that we had to leave because it pushed the line too far and I couldn’t have my family there. I love Guess clothes, but I «guess» I have to be done shopping here.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Guess clothes. But I despise going into the store, especially this one. They are so ANNOYING and don’t leave you alone at all when you’re buying something, but God forbid you go to return something. I was treated like complete crap and was talked to like a child (the one guy in particular with his chest hair in my face and the squeaky voice.) So rude and condescending. Not shopping here again.

I love the clothing and store however, I dread entering this store due to the hostile service. I have never had a store clerk (Blonde haired, clown lipstick wearing lady) try to shame me out of returning an item that I wished to return. Always an awkward and rude interaction at this place. Shame.

Stephanie is a great sales girl. She’s always very friendly and makes sure to greet everyone who walks in. I frequent Guess A LOT so it’s nice to see she’s like that on a consistent basis.

My preconceived notions of Scottsdale as a place where you have to dress nice to get any service got stopped here at Guess. Walking in with jeans and old converses, I didn’t expect to get much help. I haven’t actually gone shopping in a long time for myself, so with a $ 400 gift card in tow from Christmas, I was ready to blow it. Blow it all.
I was like a kid in a toy store. The sale reps were really helpful and was able to find my sizes and colors. As trendy as this place can be, it has lots of variety as far as casual dress, party dress, and clothing for almost all seasons. Love it.

my review is based solely on sales girl, nikki. she is AWESOME! today a girl at work had the most fabulous necklace on and told me she got it at guess (marciano). I looked online and couldn’t find it so I called to see if they could put one on hold for me in the store to pick up later.
well, nikki sold the last one yesterday. She checked online and was able to find it, she also found two stores that had it in stock and gave me their numbers. THEN she checked their warehouse and sure enough, they had it. She ordered it for me and did not charge S&H for 2-​day delivery. so my beloved necklace will be here on Friday. saaa-​weeeet! i already know what i’m going to wear it with :)
Nikki is a freakin rock star! I am going to call the store and let them know how awesome she is, too. How often can you find someone willing to go through all of that just to get you a silly necklace?
Next time you’re at Guess ask for Nikki, she will do more than you could even think to ask for.

They offer men’s and women’s clothing and their prices are semi-​reasonable. They use good materials though, so you know that your clothes won’t fall apart after one wash.
Pretty much everything they have is cute and fashionable, with a few ‘what were you thinking’s’ thrown in. Aside from that, Guess is a great store to shop at.
