History

Established in 2016.

Goddess Fit is a non-​intimidating environment for women of all fitness levels. Our center was founded upon the belief that a powerful, vibrant spirit exists within each and every one of us. Goddess Fit is based on the four pillars of strength: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. Join us on Tuesday, February 9^th for our ribbon cutting ceremony. All are welcome to attend.

Business Owner

GF is dedicated to Jodi’s parents Lee and Jackie Books (who have passed on) and were her fitness influences. Her Father had Polio but rode his bike, swam and took cod liver oil (before we knew it was an Omega 3). He never took his health for granted. Because of his strength, Jodi adopted the phrase, «Exercise is a Privilege, not a Chore»! Her Mother, who btw was always seen in Jodi’s exercise classes, was diagnosed w/​Lung cancer (never smoked). They gave her 4 months to live and she fought for 4 years. Jodi was given their work ethic, strength and courage to propel herself to this next chapter of her life and moved back to AZ specifically open a women’s gym. And that is the story of WHO GOT US FIT! GODDESS FIT.
