Rebecca S.
Business Owner
Rebecca Skov has been employed in Human Resources and Career Counseling for two decades and is experienced in recruitment, employment counseling, outreach, and community relations. In 2003, she launched a very successful recruitment and retention program for UC, San Diego, The Partner Opportunities Program. This program provides assistance and support in the employment search for spouses and partners of ladder rank faculty candidates and appointees. In 2003, Ms. Skov also founded and served as the Director of the Southern California Higher Education Recruitment Consortium. Prior to this role, Ms. Skov worked as an Engineering and Technical recruiter at UCSD and held various positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter in the high technology community. In 2007, Ms. Skov launched a successful consulting career, providing career counseling services to a diverse group of job seekers.
