Let me be more clear and «specific» in my review for the people of the world who need more detail.
This individual was jointly selected by ex-​wife and ex-​husband to be parent coordinator. The individual I speak of is David Weinstock.
Weinstock was assigned and is expensive. Mother whined that she could not pay. Weinstock, per his own retainer agreement, doesn’t care if you can’t pay. You pay or he tells the court and moves forward without you.
Instead of a call being scheduled with the court he was recused. He was then reappointed. After being reappointed she again whined she could not pay so she recused herself. This resulted in NO PC being assigned to this case for 10 months.
In high conflict divorce cases it is unacceptable to not have a PC for this length of time. He did not follow his own guidelines. He begged off the case because ex-​wife couldn’t pay.
No feedback or replies were given to emails. Retainer was sucked up quite quickly and it took a while and a nasty email to get it back. Expensive waste of time.

Agree, stay away from this man. He never bothers to get to know the case. He has a dangerous ego and penchant for charging for services that are questionable in accuracy.

An incredibly bright and competent master in his arena. Dr. Weinstock brings expertise to the table that is invaluable. A fair and brilliant minded professional who is not afraid to peel back the layers of BS and see and speak the truth.

Dr. Weinstock’s business (it’s all about the money) perpetuates the abuse of children by abusive narcissistic parents. He is a narcissist himself. Stay away from this man and his business at all costs. Lawyers and judges love this man and don’t read anything submitted by him. If they see his name on a document, they sign off on it without reading anything in the document. This is truly and evil man. His assistant, Sarah, is a horrible person.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I’ll make it short and sweet in our year experience with using this place for our parent coordinator. If you want a place that has a high turnover rate, is unprofessional, expensive and does not follow their own protocol then this is the place for you! This parent coordinator looks for any reason to not make a decision after meeting with him so he can find a reason to make you come back which is just more $$$$$ for him. I don’t ever take the time for many reviews but I hope to save someone the same waste of money, headaches, etc. that we experienced.
