You’re wasting a lot time and money if you come here period!
I brought my daughter here last Friday for a gel mani pani so that she could attend her formal. When she was done they told me it would be 77.00 dollars. I gave them my card and the lady who did my daughter’s nails told me they don’t take cards, I had to use their ATM machine. So I used their ATM and withdrew 80.00 (really 83.50 because they charged me 1.00 to use their ATM and 2.50 non-​ATM fee from my bank). Stupidly I tipped 2.00 each; what a waste!
3 WHOLE DAYS LATER on Monday, Feb 8^th the polish on 3 of my daughter’s nails peeled off! I called on Tuesday, Feb 9 and told them what happened and that I will be bringing my daughter back for them to fix this.
I brought my daughter up here and the lady remember me from the call. To my very surprised I saw a lady paying with a card! I said that lady, pointed to the person, said I couldn’t pay with a card. The shop «manager» said what? I said, that lady over there told me I had to use your ATM because you didn’t take cards. The shop «manager» said we just got it, we just got machine. Whatever! I was straight profiled!
I HIGHLY DIS-​ENCOURAGED ANYONE FROM USING THIS «NAIL» SALON! They are unprofessional, use cheap products obviously, and clearly profiles their customers!

Very good experiences here today. The place itself was clean, neat and bight with very inviting atmosphere which made me feel very comfortable. I had Spa Pedicure and it was very relaxing. My tech knew exactly what she was doing and didn’t rush the process. I was very happy with the results. The price was decent for what i got. Everyone who worked here was very friendly! They will greet you and make you feel welcomed. I will definitely come back whenever i’m back in town again. Thumbs up!

I have been going here for 8 years and would not ever go anywhere else. Everyone is so sweet and very professional. I have received so many compliments on my nails and eyelash extensions. The shop is very clean and very comfortable.

Let me start by saying Tina is my lady! She goes absolutely out of her way to make me happy and do the Pinterest designs. :) but on the back half of this review she was the one i had to complain to about another techs (at this location) crap gel job, she fixed it with a smile on her face. I absolutely recommend her! I don’t want to discount the entire salon for the one guys mistake. The other techs seem great. They greet all their regulars by name. Go see Tina, she will not disappoint. Call ahead if you can, from what I’ve noticed she is usually one of the busier ones. :)

Went in here to get my manicure done and was very pleased with the services here! The techs working here are very friendly and sociable. The salon is very spacious and clean. The nail tech working on my nails was very gentle with me throughout the process of my manicure. Not once did she pierce my skin or cut me. She also comply to all my requests too without a single problem. When she was done, I was completely in love with how beautiful my nails looked! I highly recommend this salon! The services is just amazing!

Do NOT go here! I got a gel manicure and regular spa pedicure and they both look terrible, especially the manicure. the polish is uneven and looks AWFUL. i got them done last night and i’m going to ANOTHER salon tomorrow to get them redone. read the reviews before you go. i’m super disappointed!

Don’t go here for any reason. Ever!!! Seriously save your $$$ and save the physical and emotional pain you will suffer at the hands of these careless and apathetic people.
My girlfriend had her nails done and it seriously looked like a blind child painted her nails. I sat beside her while she was getting her nails done. So I watched this take place first hand.
She clearly asked the woman who did her mani to be careful not to cut her as her cuticles are very sensitive. This lady smiled and nodded not understanding a word she said… Then she proceeded to cut her several times! WTF?!?
At the end her nails looked awful. Check out the pics and you’ll see what a pathetic job the nail tech did. The people who seemed to run this place didn’t seem to care or show any concern.
There are so many nail spots in Scottsdale, don’t ever go to this place or you will be sorry.
I hope this place gets shut down it is just plain horrible!!!

I HATE THIS SALON–
I was the most reliable customer, I tipped very well and I was very regular.
They secretly do eyebrow tinting which I get.
Due to «LANGUAGE BARRIER» instead of tinting my eyebrows the lady waxed and ruined them to quick for me to stop her.
I began to cry and they tried to fix it —
but the damage was done.
I just wanted to get out of their cause I was sobbing and I paid stupidly.
Well I want my money back for my last time visit and I never want to go there again for any service.
I hate them for what they did to my brows especially after I trusted them.
Their alright nail job isn’t worth it, you will spend just as much if not less for a better job somewhere else,
With people who actually listen to your needs instead of trying to shut you up.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly.
I called and made an appointment for 2 people for a pedicure and manicure. When we arrived a little before 2 they asked us to pick a color and they would be with us shortly. Not only did we sit there for 20 minutes, they did not have enough people to give us pedis at the same time. I went first and my friend sat next to me and waited. I did the callus removal for $ 5 extra and my heels were rough when I left. Everything was fine with my pedicure until I took a closer look at the paint job– there was nail polish all over my skin. After he went on to my manicure. He was trimming and pushing back my cuticles and going so fast that he cut my cuticle on my thumb and made me bleed. Also the paint job is horrendous on my nails.
My friend had no waited 45 minutes for her pedicure. The first toenail trim he cut her big toe. All of her toenails were cut way too short and her paint job was awful as well.
I only went here because I got a coupon in the mail, but I won’t be returning.

Clean. Decent chairs. Got an attitude when I walked in for mani-​pedi appt. they were very disappointed I didn’t want to upgrade to a gel. Disapproving of my not wanting other extra services. Removed a star because the girl took off her gloves after doing my feet and put them back in the drawer for next time. GROSS!

All that I want to say is that this place is amazing, and I mean it. It’s the first time I have been here and they sure know how to make me want to come back again and again. Customer service is good, staff members are friendly and professional. The technicians are patient, they take their time to make sure you have a good experience. They use high quality products as well as follow sanitary procedures strictly. Price is very reasonable. If you are looking for a new salon that is clean, good service, good price, come here and check it out for yourself. Highly recommended !!!

Wonderful pedicure (deluxe) excellent selection of polishes and scrubs. Very reasonable prices

I got my pedicure and a gel manicure done here and less than a week later my gel manicure is peeling up near the cuticle. Definitely not a quality experience in the salon either. Very quick if you’re trying to fit something in last minute. But don’t expect something worthwhile.

I really liked this salon! They did a great job on my full set and gel top coat I love the costumer service and my nails turned out perfect! I’m getting married Saturday and my nails will look perfect because of them!!! I will definitely recommend and will be back

Absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for about a year now and don’t go anywhere else! Great service, they know their clients by name, and have good prices! Stephanie is my favorite for pedicures and nails and Tina does a gorgeous white tip and a good set of lash extensions!

I had always seen this place while driving. I finally decided to check it out. I I walk in the place is dead, absolutely no one in the store besides the nail technicians. I wanted s basic pedi and a gel mani color change. Since too many nail technicians are working I have two people doing my services. Pedi was a little pricey for a «basic» and I walked away with nail polish on parts of my toes that shouldn’t have nail polish. The gel mani-​totally different story. Picked one color and then was told they didn’t have it, then they go to take my old gel polish off and they do them incorrectly; the lady just scrapped them off with an electric file, once the new color is on it looks great wake up the next morning and my nails are turning black! I am someone how gets a gel mani every 3 weeks and this has never happened to me before. I will not be go back to this place any time soon.
Also, as I am getting my pedi and gel mani done the technicians Kept asking if I wanted my eyebrows wakes or eye lash extensions. I came in for what I asked for, I do not need to be asked if I want other services. If I wanted extra services I would have asked them about it when I walked in the store.
I also don’t agree with the cash or check only form of payment. A store like this Should offer debit/​credit card payments. Even if tips can only be in cash!
This place was a bust!

Hands down, pun intended, the worst experience I’ve had getting a mani-​pedi. My mother was visiting from out of town and we saw this place from the road, so we decided to stop in. They damaged our nails by grinding and filing the tops to the point that they were flaking off in layers. The towels they were using were visibly stained and dirty– to the point that we had to ask and confirm that they were clean. We asked to have cuticles left in-​tact and just pushed back, but they removed them anyway and cut our fingers– both of ours, to the point that they bled – this was two different people. The edges were jagged and not shaped at all, it looks like I have claws on some fingers.
After picking colors and going through the whole process, we were told the nail polish we picked would be $ 3 extra (this was some off-​brand, not even OPI or gel), with no explanation. They damaged another customer’s nails while we were there, which caused an altercation amongst themselves– which was unpleasant to watch and set a terrible atmosphere. The employees didn’t even appologize to the woman.
On a couple nails it looks like they were using dirty tools and it started to dry with bits of old nail or dust or something in them, which I pointed out. They said it was because I touched something (my hand was still in hers, and there was clearly something stuck in there, not a scratch or smudge). She did begrudgingly fix it, without a word, just an eye-​roll. The nails themselves are messy and unprofessional looking. Very disappointed, and it was $ 70 (before tip), with no significant massage or parafin or hotrocks etc for two people.

Saw some negative reviews. Checked it out anyway. They had new chairs when we visited. And they lined the pedicure bowl with a plastic «shower cap» thing. Seemed pretty clean to me, and the staff were friendly.

My nails were due for service so I came here this weekend to use the coupon from their website. Nice salon, very reasonable prices, with or without the coupon, good service and quality results. What else do I ask for? The staffs and the owner were so sweet. I really like it when she took her time and not rush. Definitely 5 star…
