Rackel, the person who answers the phone will help you with everything you need too. She’s so patient! You need feel rushed with her either. When you request something to be put in the mail, she does it right away.

Jim Kreisman is an amazing insurance broker. He goes out of his way to save you money and explain how the insurance system really works. He just sent me an email out of the blue asking if he could adjust my policy to save me money and increase my coverage at the same time. He’s given me his personal cell phone just in case anything ever happens. Smart, considerate, and hard working. 5 stars all the way.

I’ve been with Jim now for over 2 years. I had been with Allstate for about 16 years prior to that. I’ve had more conversations with Jim in 2 years than I did in all my years with Allstate. I’ve had a hail damage claim on my home and an accident claim on my car (I feel compelled to say it was the other person’s fault). Both claims were handled with great care. Both Jim and Farmers truly cared about me, represented my interests — and everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable, highly relational, and a man of deep integrity. If you are considering changing insurance carriers — you’d be wise to talk with Jim. Farmers is great and Jim is exceptional!

I thought I was getting the best rate possible by going though a company with «buying power». Jim took the time to save me $ 400 for the year! More than that he educated me on a towing service that saved me an addtional $ 200 dollars a year! A true professional who actuall cares. I would and did refer all my family if that tells you how I really feel.
