Established in 1975.
Dr. Stuart Bark opened his practice in 1975 after graduating from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. The business mission statement is to provide the finest quality eye care utilizing the latest technology in a relaxed, unhurried environment. Dr. Bark specializes in contact lenses of all types, including bifocals, hybrids, daily disposables and hard to fit specialty cases like keratoconus and corneal transplants. The doctors at Family Eyecare of Scottsdale treat different types of eye problems, such as conjunctivitis («pink eye»), glaucoma, and seasonal allergies. Dr. Kimberly Hardin also specializes in pediatric eye care. Joining the practice recently is Dr. Armanae Mancha, who is also fluent in Spanish. The opticians on staff can provide our patients with a wide selection of fashion eyewear.

Dr. Stuart Bark attended the University of Maryland and the University of Arizona before doing his post-graduate studies at The Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He opened his Scottsdale office in 1975, with an emphasis on contact lenses. Dr. Bark was awarded the Arizona Optometrist of the Year in 1985. He is past-president of the Scottsdale Sunrise Rotary Club. His hobbies are photography, woodworking and SCUBA diving.
