If you are going to use your Medical Insurance call your health ins first and ask if they are covered. Your medical insurance will need the TIN from this facility which is the Tax Identification Number.

Midday had a special for testing so I called and asked if they took insurance and she did not know. She said they have an insurance code she could provide so I could check with my insurance however said she needed more information before she’d have access to the code. She lied. She never had a code and when I in turn questioned her she was with an answering service and was clueless about Envoke. So I asked my information that i provided be destroyed that I don’t do business with persons that are less than honest especially when trusting them with my care. I then called the company directly and got hung up on after they answered I then called back and that person who answered seemed to be bothered by the call and when asked she said «they don’t take insurance». I would gladly have paid out of pocket but since they cannot be trusted by providing honest information to begin with I have no trust with them and my personal care.

The hallmark of a good practice is timeliness and accuracy. If the staff can’t even get the appointment time right or the office location right, they must really screw everything else up.
Horrible practices. Even though I confirmed time and place, they scheduled me for the wrong office. No sweat for them, just two hours out of my time wasted. Time I could have been working but what’s that to them?
No follow-​up by them. No apologies for using up my valuable time. I can only imagine the poor customer-​experience I might have encountered from such an inconsiderate business.

First of all the facility is very elegant and has such a charming, peaceful ambiance. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, respectful and so very kind.
The reason I went was because my hormones were so very out of whack. As a result of hormone imbalance I had developed hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue and slight anemia. I did not realize how hormones could have such a drastic affect on our other body systems to how our neurotransmitters fire which affects how we can view things
I was experiencing a lot of consistent personal traumatic, stressful experiences which I believe then triggered my hormones to go into a rage coupled with me turning a certain age. It wasn’t just «hot flashes» that I was experiencing but so many symptoms which were so out of the norm like crying spells, panic attacks, irritability, indecisiveness, mental fogginess, short term memory problems, mental clarity, insomnia, extreme fatigue and physical exhaustion, muscle and joint pains, sleepwalking or I should say sleep running into walls along with a whole slew of other symptoms. Small things were blown way out of proportion.
Going to EnVoque MD was the best decision and so glad I did because Envoque MD has helped me balance my hormones naturally and I am so very grateful!
Now I feel happy and so very balanced! I find myself automatically laughing again! There’s a huge difference now on the outlook I have about stressful situations and how I handle them. There has been such a significant difference. I encourage everyone to give EnVoque MD a try, men and women alike. I encourage women of any age to get their hormones tested regularly and never take them for granted by waiting too long until they affect other body systems. Sometimes we tend to think that a little fatigue or insomnia, brain fogginess is just a long day at work or stress but remember that stress affects our hormones too so please don’t wait ladies! Please take the time to invest in your wellbeing because without your health you do not have the quality of life that you could be enjoying. Also, keep in mind that when you go to a Hormone Doctor, they are hormone specialists so they do the tests required to pinpoint problems which regular doctors are not trained to do. I’m sure you certainly would not go to a General Physician if you needed to go to a Cardiologist which specializes in the extensive study of the heart, right? And you certainly would not expect your general physician to perform heart surgery on you either. Likewise, isn’t it the same for our hormones? Doesn’t it make sense then that we should logically go to a Hormone Specialist? Emphatically! Of course! Yes! It will make all the difference in your world! I promise! And to go to a place where people really care about you and treat you with utmost care and respect.
Last night EnVoque MD launched their skin care line with a party. They went all out with an elegant spread of hors d’oeuvres, champagne and prizes. We all had so much fun getting to try some of the products, as well as get educated and have free skin and thyroid analysis. It was wonderful and since I was running out of my other facial products it was right on time. After trying their product last night on my face, my face feels so hydrated, looks younger and feels light, fresh and clean! Everyone is so genuinely kind. Again, thank you EnVoque MD! I appreciate each and everyone there! From Jacqueline educating the public’s awareness to the facility on «Your Life A to Z» which is how I found out about the place to Dr. Dean, my Doctor, that has helped me get my life back! To Julie who helped me get on the right plan and being so kind as to unexpectedly and thoughtfully calling last night to make sure I made it home safe! To Kathy at the reception desk making me feel so welcome and how she creatively makes the fun shaped fruit in our water. To Alex who encourages, motivates & educates me on my skin care, nutrition/​exercise régime. To Kayla who is so gentle with the B12 shots so they never hurt. To Suzie who is so very kind and gentle who listens so lovingly & patiently to things that are on my heart and educating me about my thyroid. I don’t often post reviews, but I had to here to balance the other reviewers who, while entitled to their opinions, obviously did not check into what was being offered or do not know the difference between a Naturopathic approach to medicine vs the big pharma, write the scrip and be done approach. I went in skeptical, and yes was taken aback by the sign-​up as well, but if you understand that NMDs… yes they are real Drs. do not get the same treatment as AMA backed MDs by the insurance companies, then you understand why. I have not been able to gain muscle mass since some surgery 10 years ago, no matter how much I exercised. My MD ran some tests and said my levels were «fine for a guy my age». I went to Envoke and they do more extensive testing to see how the hormones, etc. are actually converting. By the way, in their medical school studies, they learn and know more about body chemical interactions than any MD I have ever visited. I was able to get my blood tests at my local lab with no issues from my insurance. Any additional supplements to balance out my system have been beneficial, and if I find the same product online cheaper, I buy it there.
All I can say is I got my strength back, have been putting on muscle for the first time in 10 years and my MD has noticed the difference and is now supporting my choice.
It really galls me that people will gladly pay thousands for a gym membership they never use, buy season tickets to baseball or hockey for the same type of money, but when a health care provider who is shut out of the insurance system, except as an out of network or «alternative» provider has a fee schedule for their services everyone balks about having to pay for those services.
I can’t answer for everyone, as I was not looking to lose weight, just get my muscle mass and energy level back, but for me this was the best thing I ever did and I recommend them whole-​heartedly.
