We opened in February of 2008, looking to provide upscale therapeutic massage at an affordable price. I think we are on the right track. I grew up in Michigan and moved to Arizona in 1988 to finish my education in Industrial Engineering. I worked for 12 years as the Director of Operations for a small software development company in the valley.

While looking for opportunities to change my life, I was introduced to Elements Therapeutic Massage. I thought, I love massage and I am pretty good at customer service so let’s take a closer look. My wife and I took a trip to Colorado to meet with the management of Elements to see what they were all about. We were so impressed with the organization’s commitment to quality, business integrity, and overall professionalism, we decided to invest in a franchise.

This was the best decision we have ever made. Elements Therapeutic Massage is more than a business. It provides us purpose, knowing that we are helping people improve the quality of their life everyday. In turn, it has improved the quality of our lives as we learn, grow and apply our passion to a healthy lifestyle.

I’m an athletic person who needs deep tissue massage therapy to support healing from my training and I highly recommend Zeke! He goes deep into the knots and pressure points without over working them, just loosens them up so I feel great again! I’ve also had deep tissue with Mathew who is also fantastic :) The staff is nice and not pushy, great experience every time!

Best massage establishment in Scottsdale. Not one bad therapist in the bunch. Whether I need significant pain relief or just stress relief, this is the place. Deep pressure, reflexology … they do it all. I’ve always received my full time. Never had one bad or even mediocre massage. In fact, I’ve walked in there crippled over in pain and walked out upright. They care about their clientele and have a great arsenal of techniques for those of us in chronic pain from past injuries and conditions. I can’t understand how anyone could ever have had anything less than an outstanding treatment.

Not very impressed. After multiple visits, I always had an issue. Either poor quality therapist or got cut on time. Even after the manager credited back my time, I didn’t get the full time on the replacement massage. I thought Massage Envy was crap but this place trumps it.

I used to be on a once a month schedule for massages with my chiropractor. I’ve been looking for a place to get back on that schedule and I’m glad I found Elements. I worked with Abby to get everything set up and had Jessaca as my therapist. I always assumed I needed deep tissue and after speaking with them they recommended trigger point. I’ve had a lot of massages from various therapists and I can confidently say this was the best one I have received. She worked out everything in my shoulder that was injured when I was younger. I would highly recommend this Elements location, Abby, and Jessaca specifically.

Basia was awesome. This was my first message and bought a pass on Groupon for vacation after a little golf. My daughter and I went there and the front desk was very attentive and helpful. I was a bit anxious not knowing what to expect but felt great after. She was explained things well and made me comfortable. Keep up the great work!

I signed up for the wellness plan and it’s been one of the best decisions I ever made. I was new to massage therapy but boy oh boy was it a worthwhile investment! The deep tissue has felt so nice and given that I have a chronic illness, it’s been a very helpful & holistic way to destress and detox my body! I love the staff here, they are so so friendly and welcoming. I’m going to miss this place now that I’m relocating out of state!

This place was wonderful! I had pulled a neck muscle lifting weights a couple days before my first visit and was in extreme pain. I could barely turn my neck without wanting to cry. I happened to have been at the promenade shopping and was desperate so I stopped in and cried to the receptionists. They were very accommodating and got me an appointment for that afternoon. I also got a cookie. My therapist was AMAZING. She got knots out of my shoulder that had been there for months. One by one, she loosened the muscles around my neck and shoulders. By the time we were done, I actually had a decent range of motion, which was actually sustained for the rest of the week. I could even lift weights the next day, which I probably shouldn’t have. Needless to say, I am a member now because they’re worth every penny!

Got an 80 min hot stone from Kimberly. I knew she was gonna have her work cut out for her because of all the tension that’s built up. She managed to work so much out while allowing me to relax! Spectacular massage. Highly recommend her.

I visit Scottsdale a few times a year and have been looking for a great place for massage — I have found it! The environment is professional, clean and calming and my therapist, Warren, was fabulous. I have chronic back issues and he did a wonderful job — he listened to my issues and massaged accordingly… ahhh…I also made appointments for my daughter and husband, and when scheduling, the receptionist asked thorough questions to ensure that we would all be matched up with the right therapist. I will be back during this visit to Scottsdale and in the future!

One of the most amazing massages… I’m yet to try their hot stone massage but Elements basic 55min massage should leave anyone amazingly relaxed.

I heard of Elements on Shea through Arizona Spa Girls a while ago but had never been there before. When I was in dire need of a massage last night (around 4:30pm), I decided to call and see if they had any openings at all. When I called they were incredibly professional and kind and were able to fit both me and my boyfriend in for appointments at 7pm. So convenient and helpful!
We arrived a few minutes early to fill out some first-​timer paperwork, and were very impressed immediately by the cleanliness and tranquility of this beautiful little shop. We both received 55-​min. massages at the introductory $ 59 rate and were more than relaxed when we left. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had in a while!
We’ll definitely be back again soon!
