History

Established in 2007.

In the Spring of 2011, after more than 12 years mortgage banking experience in traditional mortgage financing, I decided to focus my attention solely on originating reverse mortgages. I am a licensed Reverse Mortgage Consultant in Arizona. Those who qualify, homeowner’s aged 62 and older, have very few lender choices at the local level. In 2/​2014, I made the transition to VIP Mortgage, Inc., because as a local mortgage banker, we have the ability to meet in person and determine whether a reverse mortgage fits in with one’s long term retirement financial plans.
