Run the other way. The only thing Huey has going for him is his Scottsdale address. Completely unprofessional. Non existent communication. Dishonest. Unprepared for court. Mishandled/​misplaced documents. Had to contact 2 – 3 times to get a response. Failed to disclose details of retainer, failed to bill in a timely manner (purposefully to conceal fees) Failed to return balance of retainer in a timely manner. Having to seek the return of retainer and refund of fees through legal means.
Ethically this guy is as close to getting disbarred as one could get. Despite his assurance that he could straighten out my case, he had ZERO impact on case in fact I would argue he made it worse. He is a graduate of the University of Guam!!! No wonder.
Took advantage of me while I was under duress. Shame shame shame!
