Renown French Chef Jean Ekobo worked in Parisian patisseries and restaurants for seven years before moving to Arizona in 1997.
He was trained in the famous Lenôtre Culinary School in Plaisir (near Paris), France. In Phoenix he created an award-winning restaurant, French Ambiance, before choosing to solely focus on catering and his services as a personal chef.
