In 2002, CDM Dealer Services was formed as a professional on-​the-​lot window sticker and online marketing service solution using the CDM technology and tools. Soon after, CDM became the first company ever purchased by Kelley Blue Book Co., Inc.

Now with over 7,000 dealerships, including some of the country’s largest dealer groups using the DigitalLot Solution, CDM Dealer Services, or AutoOffice®, CDM’s Web based inventory marketing management tool, CDM continues to be a leader in online merchandising solutions in the automotive industry.
