I had a horrible experience with their purse cleaning services.
They damaged my Tod’s mid size purse and did not clean it well. When I dropped the bag off, I asked if the stitching could be clean. They man assured it was doable because I did not want to have the leather cleaned. He did not tell me how much it would be — I did not ask. I would have been happy to pay well if the bag had been cleaned properly.
When I picked my bag up today, I immediately noticed that the stitching looked the same. I pointed this out to the woman at the cash register but she didn’t show any sign that she cared. She told me it would be $ 40.
When I got the purse up to my unit, I noticed that the fabric had been damaged. It is now piling and pulling instead of laying the way it should.
Can’t believe i paid $ 40to have my Tod’s purse ruined.
I looked for a company webpage but could not find one.
