Established in 1996.

Since 1996, Byxbee Development Partners (BDP) has been involved with over 3,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, medical and retail properties throughout the western United States.

Turn-​key asset management is handled in-​house with the philosophy that ongoing lines of communication for each property builds rapport and creates positive results over the long term.

BDP measures success not in dollar signs or square feet, but in the number of long-​standing relationships built with clients, partners and the community. Integrity, trust and commitment are the foundations of every BDP project.

Meet the Manager

Jerry B.

Manager

Directing the day-​to-​day operations of Byxbee Development Partners and Management Services, Jerry manages staff and oversees construction, leasing, management and property disposition.

Jerry negotiates all contracts for project services, attentively monitoring contractor performance. In addition, he works closely with accounting in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, as well as quarterly and annual tax reports. He works to maintain strong vendor, tenant, and owner relationships to help each project succeed. His knowledge and expertise in Yardi Genesis has resulted in improved internal efficiencies as well as greater flexibility and detail in owner reporting.

Jerry has more than nine years of property management experience, most recently as Director of Property Management for a national real estate company. Jerry is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona.
