I help and assist buyers and sellers through a real estate transaction in the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the surrounding areas. I work with numerous investors around town who buy and hold, fix and flip, and wholesale. From working with investors, I’ve become very skilled at comparing properties and prices and offering advice on long-​term equity building. When listing a property, I form a property specific marketing plan, which may include calling the neighbors and calling agents who have listed properties in the neighborhood to see if they have any buyers. This ensures the listing the highest visibility. I enjoy real estate very much and take it extremely serious.

History

Established in 2009.

I got licensed in 2009 and joined Coldwell Banker in July of that year. The market was extremely tough at that time. I sold numerous short sales and bank owned properties and learned how to work on a variety of transactions under some of the toughest market conditions.

I grew up in a small town in Iowa and moved to Arizona in 2005.

My midwestern upbringing instilled in me the value of hard work and honesty.

I worked my way up through a variety of fields and became a licensed Realtor in 2009 and joined real estate full time in March 2010 and have enjoyed the journey ever since.
