Awesome Mannered Canines

I have had the awesome opportunity to take the group and individual training from Awesome Mannered Canines. Brenda is so knowledgeable and gifted at sensing the individual needs of each dog. She has a wonderful approach to understand the human «parent (s)» lifestyle to support what dog training would be helpful for supporting a successful, respectful and caring relationship. My dog Spencer is so excited to see her for each training session. She truly cares for each dog with her whole heart. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for help with their dog! Brenda is awesome in herself. She was referred by my vet Dr. Newland since my 10 week old puppy was growling and biting at people. A puppy should never do that. Brenda completely changed my Australian Shepherd of these behaviors into a friendly, cuddly, outgoing puppy. We did private lessons then followed up with obedience in a group setting. Brenda excels at both. Myself, my husband and my puppy Molly adore Brenda! Don’t wait call her today!

Brenda helped us out with our 5 month old Pitbull puppy. We were having difficulties with the basic training commands. We decided to do some private session, and it paid off. Brenda was very talented and knowledgeable, and Phoenix, our Pit, loved her. He quickly caught on, and is now very well trained with Sit, stay, free, come and leave it. She also helped with leash training. Our big puppy now is learning not to pull as much while walking on his leash. Thanks for all your help Brenda!

What a great experience
We have a 7month old shepherd puppy that would not behave and was nipping at our kids. And a 7 yr old who would bark at other dogs while on walk.
Brenda came in and amazed us
The puppy now will sit and stay has stopped nipping kids and is a well behaved puppy
The best is when we have people come to front door dogs will sit and stay 10 feet from the door till released, no more worrying about dogs running out or jumping on friends when they come over.
Both dogs walk like a dream even my wife can walk both with no trouble.

I highly, highly recommend Brenda at Awesome Mannered Canines! She is an outstanding trainer, and it is clear that she loves what she does! I have worked with a couple of other trainers over the years, and no one has wowed me until I started working with Brenda!
I have taken three dogs through her group classes, and every time has been a fantastic experience. Not only do the dogs learn their commands, but they also learn how to behave around other dogs, and in public places! Brenda goes above and beyond just basic puppy training. By the end of the six week class, it is clear that each and every dog enrolled has made tremendous progress!
I have also seen remarkable successes in dogs that Brenda has worked with to correct problem behaviors. Two of the dogs in Brenda’s Canine Good Citizen class (which my pup and I are attending) have worked with her on leash-​reaction issues, and are now on their way to earning their CGC!!!
My puppy just turned one, and with Brenda’s help she is already ready to take her CGC test! I couldn’t be more thankful for all her help and expertise!
I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly!
