Brought my beloved FJ Cruiser in here with something leaking from it – turns out it was the radiator. What a drag! But the owner was great and tried to fit us in immediately. I ended up just coming back the next day because I wasn’t in a huge hurry — but it was nice to know that he would have bent over backwards to get us taken care of.
We replaced the radiator with an aftermarket that has a lifetime warranty. The truck is like new. I felt like we got great service and a fair deal. We will definitely come back when other work needs to take place.

This is as good as it gets in the car buying world. There is no need to go anywhere else. Its bizarre I did not find this place before, but I can assure you I won’t be purchasing a car anywhere else for the rest of my days. Frank is the man. Professional, honest, quick, reliable. No bullshit at all and a superior product at better pricing than larger dealerships. Do yourself a favor and at least let Frank try for your business, it is worth your time.

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla last night from Frank at Autowits. I find his business through USAA’s car buying service and went to see the car on Monday night. Frank pulled the car up, answered all our questions and let us take it for a drive. After, we told him we had another place to look but may be back, he was very nice and said goodbye. I went to look at the exact same car with 900 miles less on it being offered for $ 700 more from a fleet place where the guy acted more like a car salesman than I expected. I called Frank that night and told him I’d be back to purchase his car on Tuesday. He had it detailed for me, ordered new floor mats and I showed up at 6pm to sign papers. The paperwork was easy and when he noticed the car had low gas, he rode with me to fill up the tank before I took it home. This is such a no hassle, no pressure place and I will be taking my car there when it needs service as well. What a pleasant experience, I recommend this place to all!

Frank helped my boyfriend get a great car yesterday & he made the process as easy as possible! Car shopping with Frank’s help was stress free and simple. He was not pushy and cared about our car needs more than the sale. Definitely see Frank if you need a new car, he will make it happen!

Great customer service! I purchased a car from Autowits a few months ago, but the remote entry key wasn’t working. Frank promised to fix it for free and gave the service department permission to figure out what the issue was and comp me the service. I had to go to the Chandler BMW to figure out exactly what the problem was, but in the end, the part was shipped to Autowits and Wally, the service department rep, fulfilled the work order free of charge as promised. Thanks Wally!

I will lead this by stating I have owned thirteen vehicles in my lifetime, and this is the first one I have purchased from a dealer.
I was looking private party, and having some difficulty finding what I wanted in excellent condition. The private owners would state it was such, and I would find them to be not well taken care of. I finally branched out and started shopping dealers. Again, I saw two that didn’t fit the condition of the car I wanted. I reached out to Autowits via email regarding the one I was interested in, Frank replied quickly. He put absolutely zero pressure on getting me in like the other dealers, and attached the vehicles Carfax without me even asking.
Frank made this process SO SO SO easy. He doesn’t drag you through the dirt with pricing, he was fair in negotiation and got me excellent financing because of his great relationship with lenders. We text back and forth (he’s extremely flexible & available), and settled on doing the deal next-​day. I asked how long to plan for (I’ve heard hours and hours from friends doing deals with dealers), he told me 30 minutes max. He delivered.
The cars he selects to sell are nothing short of top-​of-​the-​line in model and in condition. He’s been a provider of nothing but great service since first contact, and somehow managed to make the buying process easier than the private party deals I have done. I will be an Autowits customer & advocate for good!

I cannot tell you enough what a smooth process it was to purchase a car at Autowits. Frank and Shah run a great businees and are a trustworthy pair, no doubt with decades of experience. Taking my car (2007 Honda Civic) in for routine and unexpected service is always a hassle. Since Autowits is close to my house in South Scottsdale and I had heard good reviews, I decided to try it out when my Civic needed a routine oil change and some unexpected A/​C service.
I called on a Friday when I noticed some issues with my A/​C cutting in and out. Despite the short notice, Billy, the Service Manager, was able to get me in early the following Monday. I was greeted at my car and escorted to the waiting area where Frank (one of the owners) offered to make me coffee and I settled in to read my book (since I figured I’d be there awhile).
Minutes later, I met the technician doing the work on my car. He explained everything clearly (and I am a girl with little to no car knowledge, so that was much appreciated) and assured me this would be a one-​time fix. I was in and out in about an hour and my A/​C is running better than ever (thankfully, since summer is fast approaching).
Overall, my Autowits experience was great and I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car or just in need of service to check them out. The price was better than my typical dealer or lube shop spots and the service was honest and fast. I will definitely be a return customer!

Frank & John are to be the greatest Gentlemen in auto buying, So absolutely the best car buying i have had in 71 years. All i can say this is the only place to shop, Can’t be beat service, and prices. Prices that any one will like. Go for it. There

In a word, Autowits is awesome. I’ve got an older Chevy Tahoe that they give fast but loving service to. I had a radiator installed by another shop that went bad and they made sure it was replaced under warranty. I will give Autowits all my future service business with my current and next vehicles. Fast, fair and thorough. The staff is friendly and very professional. Two thumbs up.

It takes a lot and isn’t often for me to review a business, mainly because very few businesses really seem customer driven. However this is not true for Autowits! Buying a car from them was seamless from start to finish and took very little time compared to the usual schtick you’re put through.
After browsing thru the lot, I identified 2 or 3 cars I wanted to test drive, Shah (1 of the owners) came out and greeted me and gave me the keys for each car and off I went while he waited back at the lot… no pressure, no sales tactics. When I narrowed it down to 2, he went over the pro’s and con’s of each based on my expressed needs and desires, and then said which one he recommended (which wasn’t the most expensive btw). After I decided, we went to his office and negotiated a fair price (again no pressure, just some honest discussion) and he qualified me with a decent rate and bada boom I was on my way with an awesome car! I think all told I was there maybe 3 hours.
Shah was so nice to deal with, a real straight shooter, no sales manager or sales tactics to deal with, and the most impressive part was when I got home I noticed a puff of blue smoke at start-​up. Well I called immediately and he said that they would check it out during the quality check-​up that had been scheduled a few days later (standard for all the cars they sell). Turns out that it needed about a 15 hour repair (they have a first class repair service and body shop there) and during the quality check they decided to also change out the timing belt and some other things as well. Cost them $ 1400 dollars and they were so nice and accommodating about it! Also at the time of purchase they agreed to fix anything I didn’t like, small dents, scratches, new car mats, key fob. I am truly impressed with Shah and the other owner Frank, both are so gracious, helpful, and just genuinely nice people and it is reflected in the way they conduct themselves and in their business practices. If you are looking for a new or used car, definitely check them out, I truly believe you will be happy dealing with them!

As good as it gets in scottsdale for quick, honest, affordable, friendly service. I’ve taken my beat up car here multiple times and they have treated it better than I ever could. I wouldn’t think to take my car anywhere else.
