We do plumbing, painting, electrical, drywall, flooring (ceramic and porcelain tile/​laminate flooring), residential remodeling and maintenance. We also complete punch lists for contractor remodels and new builds.

History

Established in 2001.

Jack of all trades. Master of none. I started out in the 80’s in construction, building custom million dollar homes with my Brother, John, at JM Development. After a while I decided not to build homes any more, but build a business instead. So in January, 2001 I started working as the Arcadian Handyman. Born and raised in AZ and grew up in Arcadia, Scottsdale.

Business Owner

Mark Moretti is the owner of Arcadian Handyman and Home Maintenance Service. He has been in business since 2001, and has been in construction, building million dollar homes since 1984. Mark is a Scottsdale, AZ native and attended Kiabab Elementary, K-​7, then Ingleside Middle School, 8^th grade, Scottsdale High School and Scottsdale Community College. He studied Math and Photography. Photography is a hobby that he has always enjoyed, as well as working with his hands and being creative.

Mark is also sub-​contracting for Pankow Construction in Phoenix, AZ doing final punch work for their remodels and new home builds.
