Specialties
I provide 3 different therapy options for you to choose from.
1. Therapeutic Massage. This option integrates multiple modalities so that you get the most benefit out of your massage session. May include injury massage, trigger point, deep tissue, or sports massage.
2. Ashiatsu Massage. This technique is delivered with my feet for a deep, relaxing and therapeutic massage. There are two bars above my head that are held for stabilization while my feet do the therapy. It is great for low back pain and other spine conditions as well as generally deep pressure on the entire body.
3. Stretch Therapy. On your initial visit, we will do mostly table stretching in order to assess your range of motion in your joints. As we progress through sessions of stretching, you will learn stretches to do at home so that you can maintain your new found flexibility.
We can also combine these three options to maximize the benefit of your session.
History
Established in 2000.
I started this business in 2000 after graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and use my knowledge from both of these programs to deliver the most effective treatment possible. Some of my work has involved working on 2 different Olympic Sports Massage Teams and working with NFL team players, collegiate baseball players, and collegiate swimmers, and both professional and recreational triathletes. Additionally, I taught massage for 4.5 years at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy.
I operated in Tempe for the first 9 years of business and just relocated to Scottsdale.
Meet the Business Owner
Judy S.
Business Owner
I have been doing massage for 10 years now and have a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. I strongly believe in client education so that they can help themselves as much as possible. I have worked with every kind of client for every kind of condition.
I have been active in sports from a young age and continue competing. I currently train and participate in triathlons. This helps me maintain balance in life and in my work. I am always learning new things about my body, which helps me more effective as a therapist.
