The service department is unbelievable. I called them at 12:30 to let them know that I wanted to bring my Rhino in and drop it off for repair because it would not come out of reverse. They informed me that they probably wouldn’t be able to look at it until early next week. That was completely acceptable to me. I stopped in about an hour later. As I was unloading it the service guy came out to greet me. I told him the problem I was having and he offered to take a look at it on the spot. He knew within minutes what the problem was and fixed it. I left 10 minutes later. Thanks guys. I won’t be going anywhere else. Appreciate it.

If you have a make /​model these guys service you can absolutely go to them for help without reservation. They are knowledgeable, skillful, honest and caring of their customers and customers’ vehicles. I haven’t experienced a better motor vehicle service and parts department in my life.

First dealt with the Scottsdale location back in 2010 when I purchased a new 2008 KTM Superduke 990, got it for a smokin’ good price but since the bike had sat so long they had to put a new battery in it before I left, trouble is they didn’t hook back up all the leads to the battery so the next morning on my second ride, which took me out in the boons, the bike stalled out and the battery was dead, so I walked 7 miles back into town to phone the wife, anyway, I had to trailer the bike from west Surprise to Scottsdale, they put a new battery in and connected all the leads this time, sold the bike about a year later. Second purchase was a 2014 KTM Superduke 1290R, no issues to report on this transaction, all went quickly and smoothly. Sold that bike last month. Compared to RideNotNow dealerships these guys are good as gold, and will give you a good price without a bunch of BS, like RideNow, who wanted a 2k premium OVER msrp a few years ago for a new Yamaha Raider… never again greedy goons.

Top notch service. The entire staff was very helpful in fixing my problem that I was having with my motorcycle and repaired the problem by the date they promised.

Apache Motorcycle is pretty far from Gilbert (where I live), but I’ll make the drive just to come here. Every time I go in for parts or service for my bike (2005 GSXR 600) Aaron or someone else will quickly assist me in finding what I need and giving me a good price. They’re knowledgeable, personable, and fair– service is fast an honest and the best part is that they don’t nickel-​and-​dime you on the small stuff like tightening a chain if they see it was needed. The only area I could suggest improvement is their helmet selection– there’s not much under $ 350 (mostly top brands like Shoei) and I had too look elsewhere (because I’m a cheap ass on a budget!). Otherwise, I’d suggest this place to anybody for bike repairs, parts or advice.

I have been in 3 times now for parts and I was very impressed how helpful Aaron was. I haven’t used their service department but I will. This is for sure one of the most professional and well stocked shops I have been to. I highly reccomend them.

I have several bikes and need help with the maintenance, so I must have a service outfit I can count on. Mike, the service mgr knows me, knows my machines and always gives me good service. I’ve experienced good service at the parts counter as well.
These guys are good, and are sometimes very busy. I’ll often just leave the bike and have ‘em call me later.
Glad they’re in business.

I’ve been a customer of Apache for several years now, it started with parts for my dirt bikes and eventually lead to buying two street bikes within this last year. I’ve dealt with everyone there and what I love is the no nonsense and straight forward yet laid back attitude of the staff. It can be tough as a woman going into a bike shop sometimes! The guys at Apache make it easy: no hassle, no guess work, no schmooze, no bad attitudes!
The service department is very personable, they even broke me of a really bad riding habit without making me feel like a moron! The techs have always done top notch work on my bike and explain the repairs in terms that are easy to understand.
The parts department is quick and efficient, they don’t haggle or try to up sell. They’re also great about answering tech questions thoroughly.
The two salesmen I dealt with buying my bikes made the process so simple. Neither was pushy or overbearing. Financing was a breeze and I didn’t have to sign away my firstborn to get a great deal! (Hah!) I’ve never been happier with a purchase than with both bikes and I would gladly recommend that anyone buy a bike here!

I probably made a huge mistake but I figured buying something used from a dealership would be better than taking a chance on eBay. but maybe not. I bought a 2006 Yamaha Royal Star as I truly like this bike. Good price and good mileage. I totally had to rely on Apache to be honest with me as I lived over 1800 miles away. Everything went ok during the process of buying the bike.
When the shipper showed up to pick it up they called and said they got the run around from the dealership. When they finally got to where they needed to, to pick it up, they wouldn’t even help the transporter load it. The keys were already sent to me so they had to push a 800lb bike up a ramp. I was originally told it was going to be on a pallet and they could load it with a fork lift but this was not the case
When bike arrived I was very happy with the appearance of it. My excitement quickly faded when I started it. It made a terrible whine when revving the engine. I initially was hopeful it would fade but it only got worse.
My football players asked me why it sound like I was riding a «weed eater». Not good for riding a big bike like this
I called the dealership and they told me to get it in. I took it to a dealer who said it would be over 1000.00 to get it fixed at a minimum. It possibly might need to have the engine rebuilt. They let me know that this «condition» didn’t just happen and the dealership had to know about this. They informed me if they even took it for a test drive they would have noticed this, or they need new mechanics!
I learned a valuable lesson here and a costly one at that. The seats also had cracks in them that to be honest coming from Arizona and being 8 years old it didn’t surprise me but not a word was mentioned about them.
I was very disappointed in the integrity of this dealership. The bike looks great, you just couldn’t ride it. We were going to ride to Sturgis but I was too embarrassed as it sounded more like a crotch rocket than a four cyclinder and I was worried about damaging it more. Luckily being up north we have the winter to get it fixed.
As the wise man said, «if the deal is that good, it’s probably not a good deal:!

I am from California and I bought a KTM 500 EXC here in August. When I picked up the bike we were very late — 10 minutes before closing due to taking a wrong turn and rush hour traffic. So I quickly signed the papers and took delivery of the bike. At the
time of taking delivery I noticed the rear view mirror was spinning around and since everyone was in a hurry I said I can tighten it later. When I went to tighten it both the bottom and top was stripped by the person prepping the bike. The oil was also overfilled. After I got back I noticed that they overcharged me $ 100. When I wrote them the check for the bike I did not see the $ 100 deposit deducted from credit card
so I presumed they had not done this. Instead of crediting the $ 100 back to my credit card as they should have they merely increased the price by $ 100. Since the middle
of September I have called Derek many times about these issues. If I get to speak to him he always says he will take care of it. If I leave my telephone number he never
calls back. His solution to the stripped mirror is for me to go to my «local» KTM dealer one hour from house and get a new mirror — at which point they will likely say that I
stripped the mirror. Last time I called I talked to Josh who promised to call me
about these issues after checking with Derek — no call !
I realize I am an out-​of-​area customer but I don’t deserve treatment like this. I AM
A CUSTOMER. I am pursuing the matter with KTM now, hopefully they are a bit
more interested in customer satisfaction.

I have been taking my V-​Star 1300 to these guys since moving to Mesa. Mike and the crew in the service department have been spectacular. I went in yesterday to pick up the bike and they had it inside with one of the guys polishing it. The Sales and parts people are always friendly and very polite, yet personable.
I am totally thrilled with the service and will not take my bike elsewhere. Just so anyone reading this knows, I don’t work there, nor are any of the employees family or friends. It’s all about good business.

I’ve been bringing my bike here for years (have a 2005 Suzuki). Service manager Mike Martinez runs a very tight shop. I know the work is always, always reliable and well done. Would recommend any bike work to be done by this professional crew.

Both of my experiences with Apache in Scottsdale were first rate. As someone new to the area I was looking for a Yamaha dealer to buy my parts at and do the few service items I prefer not to do myself. I first dealt with the Parts Department and found them most helpful and they even made me a great deal on a helmet. My next experience was with Service. I called in and was quoted a price and was pleased to find out I could get the bike in the next day. I showed up at 10 when they open, the entire store staff was friendly and greeted me as they were setting up for the days business. My bike was finished on time and at exactly the price I was quoted. Even more importantly, not one single new scratch, ding, missing fastners etc. Even my old dealer where I moved from, as much as I loved those guys because they were just great guys, couldn’t seem to avoid doing «something» to my bike if I let them work on it. It’s why a lot of us avoid bringing our bikes to the dealership like the plague. I’m guesing this is a flat rate shop and my years in the Automotive business as a Parts or Service Manager as well as Fixed Operations director, taught me that flat rate and quality repairs at the same time an be a tricky balancing act. Certainly in my case, Apache got it right, I will do business with them in the future.

I’ve been taking my bike (Suzuki DL1000 V-​Strom) to this shop for maintenance about 3 years. Mike the service manager has been great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Last service a week ago was fairly major (chain, sprockets, cushions, seal). Helped me choose good quality aftermarket parts which were ordered and arrived in a few days. Service was done promptly and well by Garrett who was also friendly and answered all my questions and explained what he did and why. Nice to find a shop I can trust to take care of ride.

I’m shopping for my first motorcycle and stopped in and looked around. Aaron offered a lot of assistance and helped guide me the right direction. Great customer service very knowledgable and willing to spend time with novice riders. I will definitely be back to buy accessories and maybe a bike!

Not impressed. The service department was expensive. The actual service was mediocre at best. Next time, I’ll be looking for a better shop.

The service center is awful. I came in for a repair estimate and they said it’d be done by the next day, Friday. I called at the end of Friday since I hadn’t heard anything, and the guy said he hadn’t been able to get to it. A call would be nice, but no big deal.
Then, I call several times on Saturday and no one picked up. Around 5 o’clock I drive down to check it out in person, and they’re closed, and as they’re closed Sundays and Mondays, I had to wait until Tuesday to connect with them to find out they still hadn’t stared work.
When I finally picked up my bike, I find out it it’s $ 80 just to get an estimate for repairs.
No way was I giving these guys another dime of my money. Stay away — their service is bush league.

I’ve been getting my Suzuki V-​Strom 650 serviced here for about a year and half. The service department is awesome! They take good care of your bike, and treat you well. I’ve come to them with problems that were entirely my fault, and they were nothing but courteous and respectful. Rather than make me feel like an idiot, they were just nice and professional.
As for the sales staff, I couldn’t disagree with Eugene T. more. Whenever I bring my bike in for service I wander around the showroom to check things out. Maybe Eugene just can’t count higher than the number of fingers he has because they’ve got a great selection of many dozens of bikes and quads. Also, someone has always asked me if they could help me find anything within a couple of minutes. They’re always friendly without being pushy. What more could you want?

Hahaha This place is a JOKE! Not a good one either.
Me and my friend from work went there Tuesday at lunch in hopes to find V-​Star 650 for me to plop my butt on. So, we drive all the way up there, 15 miles non the less. We go inside and … Its like LOL WTF! There are no bikes! I mean there are some but maybe like 5!!! And like 10 sports bikes. Hummm, Ok, maybe we just not seeing more and some one from sales staff will show us more. Did i say — sales staff? Ohhh i apologize! What i should have said is — Imaginary sales staff! There was no one there to show us around. Like no one! Not one overweight middle aged dude. Not one over zealous pimply greasy teen. No awkward old guy. Not one weird lesbo. Not ONE SINGLE PERSON!!! Only dude there was someone at the counter in the center who was super busy BSing with some peeps there to even give us a look.
So, we wondered around for whole 2 minutes, said «Fuck this» and left.
Only reason for 2 * is cuz i did get to sit on V-​Star 1100. Totally not what i was looking for but at least from same family.
