AIS is a family owned computer repair/​automated home system business which has been in business for 9 years. When my computer suddenly stopped working I called around and AIS offered the best rate — $ 69.95 flat rate — to come to my house and look at my computer. Roman A. provided next day service, did preliminary tests and then hauled my computer away for additional hardware tests. He called me later to let me know the video card had blown (something I had suspected from my own internet search of my computer’s problems). The fix was under $ 100. The next day he and his brother Chris brought back my computer, showed me the blown video card, rehooked up and tested that my system, internet, and peripherals were all in working order, updated my virus software, AND removed an error message that I had had since transferring data from an old computer into my newer computer. Talk about going the extra mile! The video card comes with a one-​year warranty AND I now qualify for lifetime tech call service for any computer-​related needs. Not a bad investment at all. Note Geek Squad charges $ 250 for a home visit and doesn’t provide all these extras. I highly recommend AIS!
