I took my kids school shopping today and was completely blown away by the lack of customer service! We were the only people in the store and the two ladies working were too busy talking to each other to help us. They were speaking about not kid friendly things — in a kid store? I was uncomfortable with my kids overhearing what they were speaking about. When I asked for another size they were completely annoyed with me!!! I ended up dropping the outfits we chose and walking over the Gap and Nordstrom’s. Will never walk into Abercrombie and Fitch Kids store again.

Even though I don’t have any kids I absolutely like coming to this store! The clothing is very classic and preppy for girls and boys ages 8 – 14. Thankfully it doesn’t have the obnoxious smell all the other typical Abercrombie stores have. Everyone here is so nice and friendly as soon as you enter the door and when you exit. Great sales! If you have fashionable kids is definitely worth checking out because the prices are very affordable.
