AAA Cooling Specialist

We are very grateful to AAA cooling for helping us. We had gotten in over our heads with a very inexperienced hvac company that literally duct tapped together 2 new units in our attic. Needless to say we had major problems on our hands after the install. We asked AAA cooling to come out and help us. They basically had to redo the installation and fix multiple leaks. We have since had some minor issues from the original instal and AAA cooling has helped us out as they have a 1 year labor warranty.
As far as the way they conduct business here are a few of the highlights. They have an answering service for hours that they are not in the office so Wendy will call or text you when you are in need which is extremely reassuring in the dead of summer! The installation team was on time, wore booties in the house, respectful, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Mike who was part of the installation team took before and after photos for us and explained what they were doing and why, which we really appreciated. Mike V. also came out to help us with diagnostics and repairs we felt that he was honest and knowledgable. We are pleased with their service and will use them again. Thank you to the AAA cooling team.

I am 100% unimpressed so far with AAA Cooling. They inspected our system a couple weeks back and gave it a thumbs up. Now, we’ve had so many problems with it not cooling our home. They came the first time and said it shut off because there was too much humidity and something had an automatic shut off. Okay, that’s fine. I’ll pay $ 70 for you to fix that. Then when it stopped cooling AGAIN, they came out and told me I needed more refrigerant. $ 400 for 3 pounds of that. Then I was told I should probably get it inspected for $ 400 more to see if there is a refrigerant leak. HECK NO. I called another place and they said they would inspect it for $ 75!!! What kind of business are you running where you can inspect an AC system, write it off as completely functional, and then it breaks down every time you come over!!! I’m not wasting any more of my money on your business, and I sincerely hope that you will try to rectify this, because I am sitting in a house that is as hot as it is outside. And for all the claims you have on your website, I am completely unsatisfied.

I have used AAA Cooling at my residence as well as at my rental property. They are the best in the business: always prompt, professional, courteous. They go the extra mile to make sure they provide quality service.
I was having trouble with my AC in the middle of the summer — they were able to come out within the hour and take care of the problem. Furthermore, they always answer their phone after hours so you get to talk to a live person when in need. They always follow up with you within 24 hours after the work is done, – which really shows how much they care and shows they take pride in their company.
Last summer, I needed to replace the entire duct system at my rental property due to mold. They were honest and very thorough. They got the work done right away so that my tenants could move in. They even went out the following day to check everything and my tenants called me to sayhow courteous and professional everyone was.
I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing heating/​cooling work.

As a Property Manager, I know a lot of different air conditioning companies. AAA Cooling is one of the most reliable and trustworthy companies I’ve worked with. That’s why when I needed a new unit in the Fall of 2012 I purchased my Trane thru them. They called and reminded me about my check up and all is great. I would recommend AAA Cooling Specialists to anyone looking for an honest repair company.
