Nice, clean and friendly mani/​pedi, but nothing special to account for the high price.

Omg I can’t even explain how fun the staff here is, they joke around and have so much fun, like if they were sisters… Will definitely come back here and recommend to all my gf’s.5 thumbs up :)

I originally went here because I had a gift certificate. I didn’t think I would go back because the prices are higher than I’m used to paying, but I love this place and I’m now a regular! They do an awesome job and the atmosphere is amazing. My manis last at least 2 weeks (I could go longer but the growth is too noticeable). You will not be disappointed here.

I love the service at 20 Lounge! My favorite place for gel nails and pedis with Brittany and lashes with Frankie. The front desk girls are friendly. I feel like I’m coming to hang out with friends and relax!

My nails look fantastic, the interior was great, the products and process were good. The cost is pretty outrageous, but I guess that goes with the city. I’d definitely come back!

Was in town visiting Scottsdale and found this great place! Mandy was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for a facial and manicure with Kimzell! Absolutely love this place.

This is my FAVORITE nail bar! I have been coming here for a few months now. I usually go to Franky but all the girls are great. They always have the newest colors and cute nail art ideas. I have been traumatized by the chop shops and this place is so clean and refreshing. Plus I can get a facial for $ 50!

Just moved to the area and found this fun place! I received the «manly mani» from Brit! She was amazing and took great care of me. The place is very clean and well managed. Found out they do eyelash extensions for a Very reasonable price. I will be sending my wife in & ill be back! Thanks ladies.

Andie and all the staff were awesome. The time actually flew and I hate to sit! I will definitely go back. My nails look the best they ever have.

I went to the 20 lounge for the first time on Saturday, and it was an amazing experience. I walked in with no appointment and the receptionist greeted me like old friends. I only had to wait 5 minutes before a tech came to the front and took me back for my pedicure. The space is very clean and inviting, a really cool concept for a salon. I was served some sparkling lemonade and the service started. My tech was so good, she did such a clean job, and took her time to make sure she did all the right things to leave my feet feeling perfect. I am notably picky about who touches my feet, but this was such a great experience, I can’t see going anywhere else! Thanks girls!

Just bad, no way to describe it. I think they don’t pay so they get the dregs of nail techs. No massages with mani or pedi — slow, techs way too chatty. I have tried a few times and I am consistently amazed at what a bad job they do. Sorry 20 lounge but something needs to e fixed. Also way overpriced for the icky job.

Went in because I wanted to try this cool looking nail salon & had time to kill while waiting for my appointment at the Apple Store.
The place has a nice appeal, a great change from the usual Vietnamese salons. HOWEVER so not worth it. Over priced for the service you get. Yes get offered me iced tea, sparkling lemonade or water. The lady she seemed to be the manager was the nicest, everyone else was blah, especially my tech. She wasn’t friendly at all! Didn’t look like she liked her job. She barely scrubbed my heals, I mean I wanted to ask for the tool & do it myself! Luckily the pedi polish looked good. I just think that for their basic $ 35 pedi you should get a little more effort!
I can say I tried it but won’t be back! Thanks but no thanks.

A simple gel polish manicure turned into two hours because of the technician doing a sloppy job. WAY Below par customer service and was still charged $ 46 (again a two hour simple gel polish). This was my second really disappointing experience with this salon.

I’ve been going to the 20 lounge on Scottsdale Road and Indian Bend for a couple years now, and have never had a problem. This weekend I went to the Scottsdale Quarter location with a friend and didn’t have a very good experience. The woman doing my nails completely messed up and was laughing about it. When I asked for someone to redo it, since I was paying for the service, they acted like I was a huge inconvenience. I’ve never been the kind of person to complain about something like this but I was so disappointed with how I was treated.

The Worst PEDICURE Of My life. My 11 year old daughter gives a better pedicure. The woman would not stop talking. She cut my skin around my toes. Cut my nails into the corners, I’ll probably have an ingrown toenail. I have about 20 layers of polish and they still look aweful. Worst experience. Completely uncomfortable. Nothing relaxing whatsoever.

Let me start off by saying that I am «that» customer that is typically very particular. When I came to the salon I was skeptical because I have had so many experiences that have left me wanting when it comes to gel. Savanna is my nail technician, and I will never go anywhere else as far as I’m concerned. Savanna also always takes amazing care of me! My nails are always smooth, the polish goes over my entire nail, the designs or decorations are always beautiful, and they always last the full two weeks. In addition to being genuinely very good at what she does, she is also very loving and I enjoy talking with her about our lives while she works on my nails. I cannot emphasize enough how picky I am! If my nail polish has even the smallest lump in it, where it looks like something has been swept under a rug, I obsess about it until I have them redone. I have never had any experience like that with her. She is also receptive to my weird quirks, like I do not like ultraviolet light to be in my eyes at all, and I want my cuticles cut so far back that you would think that they would bleed. The point is that Savannah is wonderful and I highly recommend her to anyone.

If Suzanne ran the place then I would give this place five stars. She personally is five stars, but the rest of the gals are just okay. *Gorgeous* space, but the team needs more training and consistency for this place to last. A few examples of things that need to be improved: towels presented as clean even though they have stains on them, tacky behavior such as one gal (after my pedicure) putting my shoes on the *counter* where I was getting my nails done, front desk issues (one time I stood there over 2 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while the girl behind the desk was weaving bracelets), etc. And the nonstop sexy music videos on the TVs are a bit too much. I don’t need or want to look at Nikki Minaj’s butt while I’m getting a pedi. But overall it’s a lovely place.

Long story short, THIS PLACE SUCKS. Girl doing my nails didn’t know how. Nails got messed up because she made the amateur mistake of applying the polish too thick.
If this place is still there come 2015, I will be completely surprised. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save your $$ and go somewhere else.
