History

Established in 2001.

We started working as fulltime contractor employees for the largest Property evaluation firm in the State. During a Corporate buyout we branched off and started our own upstart namely 1^st Priority Inspections where we added services that customers were requesting like mold investigations and testing, Termite inspection, Lead, Asbestos, Radon AND Indoor air quality evaluations. We were the first inspection company to be dually certified in home and mold inspections and have always offered a free mold inspection with every Home inspection.

Business Owner

Tim runs all the operations of the business from office and internet to inspecting in the field working with customers. He has a successful track record of over 4500 inspections personally. He was previously an owner/​manager of a handyman service company and before that worked 15 years in the mechanical and electromechanical engineering field with companies such as Motorola, On Semiconductor and Cerberus.
