Whispering Pines Laundromat & Dry Cleaning

If I could give 0 stars I really would. I took my brand new pair of 200 dollar white jeans to get dry cleaned. I usually don’t get dry cleaning, but I thought for an expensive pair of white jeans … Why not. When I picked them up … I noticed not only 1 black mark … Which looked like it was a mark from a sharpie … But 4 different huge black marker spots on my white jeans!!! Not only did he not apologize he blamed me for it!!! He starting yelling at me telling me it was my fault! I was so pissed I have never had such awful service before. I obviously will never go back. He wouldn’t refund me.
There’s a laundry mat right down the street. If you want better service and for your clothes not to be ruined … Go there …

I have millions of wrinkles in my clothes. I paid a high price for wash and fold, and I have never had my sweatshirt be so wrinkly, whether I did it, or someone else — not just when I first put it on –it doesn’t go away. When I called to let them know my trouble, the owner insisted I should have had my things pressed. Hello, if you fold your average sweatshirt when it comes out of the dryer it doesn’t wrinkle. He offered no reparations, now I can’t be seen in public in this. I «can’t wait» to see how my other shirts are going to be this week. Lost a good customer.

Very run down now. Owner doesn’t seem to have the resources to keep his machines maintained and functioning. Plus, most of the dryers were being used by him for his side business of «fluff and fold».
Counted 19 broken machines (washers and dryers). 17 of 24 regular washers were «out of order». Very sad. Used to be a well-​maintained shop. Not that I go there for this, but their candy machines have very old (rotting) candy in them. Gross. Indicative of the poor management going on there.
Update: This place eventually went out of business. But has reopened with everything BRAND NEW. Haven’t been back because we have a washer and dryer now at home. But it looks good now (different name too)

Old washers … But friendly staff and it goes by quick. $ 2 a load and drys fast!

Fourty dollars later my clothes were washed poorly. «Hot» actually means lukewarm. I will need to wash them again. None of my clothes actually dried. Only one or two dryers get hot. Most of the machines don’t work. The ones that do «work» do a very poor job at best. Everything is pretty run down. There were mold stains. Dust was a couple layers think on somethings. Everything is falling apart. One of the machines failed to drain mid-​wash. It looked like the larger machines have not been cleaned for decades and I mean that. The detergent compartments had so much residual soap from previous washed that their soap ended up in my wash. I could tell because I use fragrance and dye free detergent yet all my clothes had an artificial «fresh scent» smell. This place officially gets the title of THE worst laundromat I have ever been to. He must have had a 40″ tv and an entertainment center for himself because it was off the whole time. But… the guy did stay open another hour so we could try to fully dry our clothes but it was in vain as they are still damp.

This place sucks… old broken washers and poor management.
Complain and get yelled at in Korean !!
Better like soapy clothes if you wash em here!
Nasty dirty unpleasant etc.
