Established in 2005.

Planning Director after working on several California jurisdictions decides to retire from the public sector to help property owners, contractors, agencies or enterprises to navigate the building permit process to get building permits faster and more cost effectively.

In this process Patrizia uses Suzy101– her Sustainability Template to help you make development decisions which will help expedite approval of your project, make your project acceptable to the neighborhood avoiding litigation, and an asset to both the city and to future generations.

During 20 + years inside City Hall Patrizia has developed ordinances, protocols and procedures for design review and can provide you with the best development and project manager services available. She will function as if one of the inside planners decided to help you. She takes care of your project as if it was her own.

My name is Patrizia Materassi. I have over 20 years experience in City Planning, 13 of those years in Executive Management for development services (planning & zoning). I am the President/​CEO of my own consulting practice — Sustainable Development & Planning.

We focus on coordination of design, approval and building of «green homes.» We process all type projects development plans and get you the building permit. I am fluent in Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
