Stevens John DDS

I just started as a new patient but I’ve been to their office several times now and I’ve had a great experience. My first appointment with Dr. Stevens was the most comprehensive and detailed exam and X-​rays I’ve ever had. He spent time to talk about the findings and recommendations. They have friendly staff and they have been very attentive about my comfort. I’ve also seen Sandy, a hygienist there, and she was so attentive, gentle and personable. All of my visits have been painless and a lot of my anxiety about the dentist has been minimized after going to Dr. Stevens’ office. I highly recommend him!

My dentist died. He was a family friend. I trusted him. You gotta trust a dentist, b/​c they put DRILLS in your mouth. I went through 3 other dentists. I was miserable, except for the one dude who was liberal with the drugs. He was OK, and I still have those pain pills that can cause a heart attack. Dr. Stevens is not that dude. He is the guy who made me trust a dentist again. His staff is a bunch of rock-​star locals who play ukulele and are generally kind. He mostly doesn’t break your face when there’s a tooth that needs a new retaining wall. AND: he has been willing to ruin his day, so mine wouldn’t be quite so bad. Dr. Stevens is my new dentist – for the last 10 years.

Dr. Stevens and his entire staff are fabulous! I am terribly fearful of the dentist but they put me at ease and always follow the best course of action with the least discomfort to me. I feel like he listens and makes sure we are all on the same page before, during, and after any procedure. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of his office!

I was a patient of Dr. Stevens’ for nearly ten years, and I couldn’t say nicer things about his office and amazing staff. Dorothy gave me thorough cleanings, Robin was always sweet and helpful at the front desk, and Melissa was also a joy to work with. Dr. Stevens always gave me candid advice and had my best interests in mind. He’s very gentle and super funny and pleasant. Best Dentist EVER!!!

I have been a patient at Dr. Stevens’ office for about 5 – 6 years now, and have always had great experiences. No one loves going to the dentist, but now I actually don’t mind. Dr. Stevens is very personable and attentive. The hygienists are all sweet and caring.
Best Experience:
Shortly after I’d moved to the area, I chipped my front tooth. I was FREAKING out because… well it was a front tooth! Dr. Stevens and his team were very patient and kind, helped me through it even though I was emotional and nervous… and my tooth was fixed flawlessly. I am seriously so impressed by the quality of their work… I can’t even tell that it was ever broken (and I look at it every day).
Worst Experience:
There really hasn’t been one. Not that getting cavities filled is fun, but it really wasn’t a bad experience.
