I come into this starbucks about every 1 – 2 weeks and never have they ever messed up with a drink or given me bad customer service. Always friendly and always quick. A+ guys!

4 stars because, well, it’s just another Starbucks. For the 5-star experience, visit the Starbucks in downtown Disney.

Do not go here in the morning. The line is 15 – 20 people deep and to the door. The baristas are slow and I watched them get multiple drinks wrong. It took over ½ hour to wait in line, place my order(grande mocha, chocolate croissant) and then wait for my drink. By the time my drink arrived, my toasted croissant was cold. First world problems, right? They really do not appear to have«mobile order» thing down either, shoving 6 mobile orders in front of all other«in-house» waiting customers. I will not be back to this one, unless it’s late at night.

I’ve been frequenting this local coffee house enough to get the vibe, but I’m getting inconsistent experiences. Sometimes it is 5 stars and other times it is 2 stars. I’m hoping I can get it sorted out, ie. do I love the place or is it just meh okay. There are some folks there that really care, and go out of their way to make my experience special. And there are some folks that seem to go out of their way to make my experience awkward at best. Just the other day I was getting my star bucks reward«gold card» free refill. And I asked for the cold brew ice coffee. The gal asked if that is what I had initially ordered. When I asked her if that was a rule for refills only getting what was initially ordered, she said no it wasn’t a rule but this local starbucks was wanting to enforce it as a rule? Weird, I had checked the free refills perk and it didn’t state anything about only getting refills of the original drink ordered? I’ve had other negative comments when getting refills, it is almost like they are trying to discourage refills. Then their was the time I sat outside with friends enjoying our coffee, and the music was so loud we could not hear each other talk. My one friend asked them to turn the music to a tolerable roar and they quickly obliged by switching the music off. Again awkward. But don’t get me wrong, I’ve had yummy drinks there and cheerful happy service. I met a barista there that shared with me that her favorite drink was the cold brew coffee, how it was made and its flavors and features. It is now one of my favorite drinks at Starbucks. I truly enjoy going to this starbucks but I am getting mixed experiences. I may just talk to the manager and get things sorted out with my complaints, I want to love this place! Plenty of seating, 4 outside tables, overall a pleasant starbucks.

The is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to The baristas are all friendly and some are engaging and even funny. It’s very personal and leaves you feeling appreciated and happy If I’m ever nearby I will always come here even if I’m not in the mood for coffee(which is rare) but they have other delicious options to chose from. Just the other(very hot day) I was tempted to cool off with an ice cold Arnold Palmer. It was perfect on a hot day. All 3 of them Yep that’s right I got two fee refills and slurped me down in seconds flat.

I don’t know what happened with them. Last few times i went in, they messed up my simple drink. 3 times in a low… There were better… I don’t want to go in anymore…

The cashier offered to help the two people in front of me, but they didn’t hear her so she wandered away instead of trying again. The other cashier who did end up helping me was very pleasant. I’ve never had such a pathetic drink. I got an iced tall caramel macchiato and it had no flavor for three reasons: the cup was not full, yet full of huge chunks of ice, and hardly any caramel. I go to Starbucks and order the same thing every day. I’m glad this isn’t my local one because I would have to go somewhere else.

This is really about every Starbucks that I have been to, but this one in particular. Several people taking your cash, but only one person making your drink. Appears to me that once they have your money, they don’t care about you. Maybe I have just had bad luck, but if I’m ever in a hurry, and I stop by, I have to leave because the wait is too long. Starbucks is always my second, or third choice.

This is as good as it can possibly get. I love the employees here. They mostly know me by name and usually grab a cup right when they see me coming up to the register because they know my usual order. The whole name thing isn’t a big deal to me but it adds a nice touch. I’m pregnant and come in multiple times a day to get the only drink that I can manage to keep down. Without passion tea lemonade I would be in the hospital a lot more often getting IVs. So it’s so helpful to have found this drink works for me. They honor the refill policy and are just beyond kind. There are no words to describe the staff here. oh wait, yes there are: awesome, caring, friendly, and truly the best!!!

I’ve been coming here for years & before now I would absolutely have given it a 5 star review because the staff have always been friendly & I have always been pleased with the service up until recently. There is a new cashier(Tery?) who I’ve unfortunately been helped by about the past 10 times I went to this Starbucks. The first couple times I thought maybe she was tired after a long day of dealing with unpleasant customers(which I understand, as I have worked in customer service before) but after this being a routine occurrence I decided to leave a not-so-nice review hoping the management might see it. She is «snappy» when you are ordering, talks over you, and she has gotten my order wrong three times. Every time I am helped by her my day definitely doesn’t get any better, although I am always polite & try my best to be kind because I know cashiers have a tough job dealing with difficult people. I hope she brightens up or leaves this Starbucks, because I’m considering driving to the other Starbucks in Scott’s Valley even though it’s a couple miles out of my way. She doesn’t seem to fit in with the happy atmosphere that the other baristas & cashiers have created & I am disappointed that she is unable to give off better vibes to customers.

I normally love this place, but lately, I’ve found myself a bit frustrated with the customer service. I ordered, and paid for a venti. The manager made me a grande. When I mentioned that I ordered a venti, she acted irritated, and asked if I wanted her to remake it. No, I want to pay for a venti and get a grande, and deal with you being rude about it lady… I about went back to the tip jar and pulled mine back out, but the register person was sweet. When they did remake it, I told them I was okay with them pouring what was in the grande cup into the venti cup, and the girl gave a snarky laugh, did that, then added just more milk. I come here to relax, and generally everyone is giving off positive energy. When there is nobody at the register, the manager is quite loud, and often makes snide comments about other employees(as do some other employees). Hearing all this negativity isn’t relaxing, and it certainly isn’t professional. They seem to have a high turnover rate, and I can’t help but think that this is why. All that said, it does get pretty crowded, the music is at a talkable level, but dims out some background noise, the seating is pretty substantial. They keep it clean for the most part. The parking is easy. The drinks are usually made right.

it’s Starbucks. Good fall back if you had ‘falling out’ with the local coffee shops. WiFi is free, but I think you pay for it with every coffee flavoured cup of coffee ;-) Staff was friendly, place was clean, if not a bit loud at times.

I worked here about seven years ago, so I guess I’m a bit partial… I also know what all the hard working baristas have to put up with sometimes, and yet they still manage to do everything with a good attitude and a smile. The staff has changed over the years, but the service has not. The coffee/espresso is always great. I go here if I want my fast coffee fix, I’m usually in and out. Some people like the whole social aspect but it’s a little too loud/busy for me(except when I was a barista here and was jacked up on caffeine all day). Eh, to each his/her own. Good coffee. Good service.

Always a pleasure to visit this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and happy to be at work. Comfy seating groups and tables to work at. Love the holiday drinks… gingerbread latte and salted caramel mocha… yum! Oh and the maple scones are sinful. The gift cards make wonderful Christmas presents!
