I contacted them to bid on a porch extension deck made of composite material. Kyle, the owner came by to chat with my wife and I about our idea. We had no drawings so it would have to be all verbal. He listened to our ideas with an open mind, provided us with samples of possible material and submitted a written bid within a day. Based on our first experience with him and his professional attitude we gave him the job. I was pleased with my decision. He was extremely courteous, professional, and trustworthy. He not only showed up on time each day but kept all interruptions (phone calls) to extreme minimum. I had many detailed questions about how to get the custom look I was after. His patience and diligence was unending. We had a material delay mid-​project. Kyle returned to the job, kept his head down and finished on schedule. The courteous guy who got the contract remained the same person through the whole process. I think that is less common these days and very refreshing. We are very pleased with how this custom job turned out.
