In Vino Veritas believes in the old Italian saying:

We know that when you join us for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner you will «Eat Well, Drink Well and Live Well.»

Our food is inspired by the sensuous Sicilian style cuisine of Italy. We also present wonderful recipes from other great culinary regions of Italy.

Homemade Focaccia, Olive Tapenade, and Roasted Garlic will arrive at your table. You can choose from Homemade Gnocchi, Fettuccine, Pappardelle, Spinach or Lobster Ravioli, Cannelloni, and Tiramisu for dessert.

Our Breakfasts are unique and fresh. We feature Artichoke, Spinach and Mushroom, Italian and Denver style Omelettes.

Lunch is a special occasion as well. Try homemade pastas and ravioli as well as a Burger patty Panino, which is a grilled fresh meatball with Italian ingredients sandwiched between slices of Focaccia.

Of course, we have a wine list that will offer clever compliments to your meal & enhance your experience.

History

Established in 2006.

After 6 years of experience at La Bruschetta in Felton, we, Luca, Aldina, Tina and our team, have been invited to open this restaurant in Scotts Valley in King’s Village. We have been here for almost 3 years and believe we have filled a gap in our neighborhood. People are thankful for having opened in Scotts Valley, even though most of our beloved customers are saddened by the move from Felton.

We have been called «the new kids in town». Our mother, father, grandmothers and aunts taught us the culinary arts as children. Food and the art of cooking is part of our way of expressing love and a connection between ourselves and our lovely customers.

Our traditions are Mediterranean, Sicilian to be more specific, but we consider ourselves children of the world since we have lived in New Zealand and visited other continents. A feeling of Family and Love is what we like to offer through our meals.

My brother Luca is the mind and the creator of this beautiful restaurant and the one we used to own in Felton «La Bruschetta». In each and every dish there is his touch and details which is love and magic ingridients. I have been confused for years as his wife, just because we are and have always been a strong team, a complementary copple in this business, «the Beauty and the Best» as I like to define ourselves. We have experienced a lot of challanges and satisfactions during these 8 years of business in this beautiful corner of the world, after experiencing Mexican restaurants in Germany for about 5 years. My sisters, my brother and I, Aldina, always move together from a country to another. We are very close and stand together in honor of the great love that my mother has taught us while she was raising us alone. We are each other’s mother, father and family and we are thankful for all the teachings of our family members as we were still living in Sicily.
