This is the personal gallery, officially called «Art Room Atlanta,» of local painter and founder of the non-​profit Paint Love, Julie Ann McKevitt. You might have seen her work along the pylons of the Beltline trail!
It’s such a cute place, totally industry-​chic, which she did up herself! She’s got shelves made out of old tables, great antique furniture, cool lighting and window boxes with plants. It looks like such a fantastic, relaxing and creative place to sit and paint all day, which is what she does! She’s got her paintings up on the wall, or reprinted, all for sale.
Her style ranges from realistic, to funky, and everything in between, but it’s always colorful.
I first visited during the RAD Studio Cruise, but her grand opening is this coming weekend. Julie’s super talented and needs more patrons, so go visit her! And say Christina sent ya!
