Meet the Business Owner

Timmy Y.

Business Owner

Timmy opened in the shop in 1994 and has been kicking ever since. Timmy began diving in 1989 and became an Open Water Instructor in 1993. Timmy decided to open his own shop and become an instructor when he noticed that there needed to be improvements in the way students are taught how to dive. Timmy believes that each student should be thoroughly trained and self sufficient. One of his favorite sayings when someone calls in for a course to be completed in a weekend is «Your certification is valid for a lifetime, do not rush the certification process».

Timmy has since become a Recreational, Technical, and Instructor Trainer. He holds certifications in NASE, PADI, NAUI, NACD, TDI and many more. Timmy is the only Cave Instructor in the State of West Virginia and is very involved in the art of cave diving; it is his passion.
