Out of Bounds Snowboards

Literally came across this awesome little store because my husband and I were looking to buy snowboarding gear after taking one lesson and spending only one day at mountain creek. We got the bug for sure. Hated the rental gear and wanted to get our own but didn’t want to empty the bank especially being novices. Jackson and Andrew helped us get the right boards, bindings, helmets and EVERYTHING and reasonably priced! Gear is so important and we got lucky finding these guys to help us. So grateful and love stopping in to tweak stuff with them. They are a huge part of our continued success «shredding the gnar». Thanks guys!

This is the best snowboard shop in New Jersey with out a doubt. Possibly the east coast.

Expert advice from expert riders. Seriously. I won’t shop anywhere else. They will cater to your skill and needs. The presence of the snowboarding community is strong here. This is as genuine as a ride shop can be folks. They carry some quality gear. Don’t hesitate to walk in and ask some questions. I wouldn’t buy my snowboarding gear from anywhere else.

Jackson and staff are extremely knowledgeable. It makes shopping there so much easier knowing the people you are buying from ride themselves. This is my go-​to shop for all of my snowboarding needs. They beyond customize your experience and make sure you get the right gear for you. I just bought my second snowboard set-​up through them and would not hesitate the next time I’m looking.

The staff is friendly, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable (one of them is the owner and it shows that it’s not just for money, that they love and enjoy what they’re doing). You can find the goods they sell anywhere on the internet, but you won’t find the experience and the above-​and-​beyond advice they provide. I bought my girlfriend snowboard boots here, they recommended the right size, style, and brand that would go with her best rather than just try to make the sale. Even the way they fit you for boots shows they take great care when measuring and fitting you so you get the perfect fit. My brother tags along when I go just to have an excuse to talk to these guys and get their recommendations.
Even if you find it a bit cheaper on the internet by a few bucks, shop at this store. keep shops like this up and running because you will never find customer service as excellent as this on an ebay session.

Great service and prices. Their selection is extensive and Jackson and Nick are probably the most knowledgeable people I have ever met. Very willing to listen and steer you to what fits your budget and needs. For my last board, they managed to find me a very limited edition board which was sold out everywhere else. To date I have bought three boards, two boots, and bindings from Out of Bounds and I am definitely going there for my next purchase.

Went there a few weeks ago looking to buy a snowboard. Talked with Nick for about an hour or so, and even thought other customers came in, he devoted his time to working with me to find just the right board for my style at a decent price. Ended up going back a few weeks later and getting a GNU Carbon Credit. They mounted my bindings (not bought there) for free and made some adjustments to fit my boots (also not bought there). I only paid for the board. Recommended and will head back at end of season to see if I can get a deal on some new boots.
