If you (or maybe your dad or grandpa) enjoyed playing with slot cars as a child as I did, a visit to this shop is an absolute must. The owner is an overgrown kid. You know «Comic Book Guy», on The Simpsons? Well, Joe is «Slot Car Guy».
His collection is incredible, mind-boggling. He has an amazing stock of HO slot cars, track, and parts for sale, including tons of original, rare, collectible Aurora Model Motoring gear from the 1960’s. He also stocks the larger, ¹⁄₃₂ and ¹⁄₂₄ size format.
There is a custom-made 6-lane HO track layout right in the shop where he holds officially sanctioned, organized races. The upcoming schedule, and all the rules and qualifications are posted on his website,
This shop is awesome, and could not be more aptly named.
