I specialize in Military Relocations in the area surrounding Schofield Barracks: Mililani, Royal Kunia, Ewa Beach, North Shore, Kapolei, Makakilo and Wahiawa. I represent both buyers and sellers and am experienced in short sales and VA compromise claims. A military spouse of over 10 years, I am committed to helping you find the perfect home in Hawaii.

I specialize in military and government relocations because I feel like I can empathize with the needs of military families, and I know that market best. I enjoy offering my services to those men and women who proudly sacrifice for our nation. My strengths are in the areas of marketing, advertising, and relationship building. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with minors in Business Administration and Travel/​Tourism.

History

Established in 1972.

Lana’i Realty was established on the island of Lana’i in 1972. Several years later, the owner relocated to Oahu, bringing his business with him. Amy joined the Lana’i Realty team in 2010 with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a small business environment.
