Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I want to express how much customer service means to every business. Veronica, Tia and Dean definitely delivered exceptional customer service while taking care of me during the process of my rental. They are all super friendly and truly care about their customers. This location is the best on the island. The service was fast, diligent and professional. I highly recommend this Enterprise inside the PX.

I would recommend this location. The employees were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I will absolutely go here the next time I need to rent a car.

J. P is an asshole. He charged me an extra day for being 45 minutes late. I get it, it’s in my contract, but if you wanna be a douche and not give me the benefit of the doubt then you know what kind of service to expect when you go there for your next car. He also rolled his eyes at me when I was asking basic questions about my charge.
Icing on the cake was that he told me the deposit wasn’t gonna be on my bank statement, just the cost of the car, an when I pulled it up and showed it to him he didn’t have anything to say except that it shouldn’t have been there.
Don’t come here. Awful customer service.

For customer service you gotta ask for TIA. Enterprise is very well represented if you work with her! She is A W E S O M E because from the minute we walked in it was SMILES & Laughter with her.
I had to deduct a star because my HUSBAND didn’t like the cleanliness & especially the SMELL of the van. We got a Town & Country van. I understand that hundreds of people go thru a rental BUT a little brushing/​wiping of the dash/​radio area where people ALWAYS look & TOUCH WOULD & should be CLEANED after EVERY RENTAL user. A little AIR FRESHER/​DEODORIZER would be satisfactory to family going in a van they’ll be riding in daily.
Here’s where TIA’s AWESOMENESS was in full effect: she realized that we were NOT satisfied with our rental & had offered us to inspect the other 2 vans (sorry by looking inside, they were worst — dash had STAINS that a little scrubbing would fix & a wipe cloth would have made it all better).
Here’s where HER MAGIC BEGAN:
TIA did her magic and looked up what the other locations had available!!! It took 2 mins!!! She picked up her phone and with her charming personality — how would anyone deny her!!! SHE DID IT!!! She got us a GOOD SMELLING VAN & CLEAN!!! — my husband was pleased (as well as I because if we had the other (1^st) van HE WOULD NOT have let our KIDS ride in it!!!)
Oh…here’s the cherry on top… TIA called me AFTER HOURS to make sure everything was taken care of with the 2^nd van & to make sure we were satisfied!
I was sooooo OVERLY SATISFIED with the little EXTRA EFFORT that TIA gave us that I hope this Unilocal review for TIA will let ENTERPRISE REWARD HER IN EVERY WAY!!! This company has a JEM –don’t lose her!!!

I wish I could’ve given 0 stars! Absolutely WORST customer service I have ever had. EVER!!! So I call Enterprise to rent a car because my car was stolen. I have never had my car stolen so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The dumb a$$ female answering the phones had straight attitude from the beginning. (I’m sorry, did I ruin your lunch break??) I just had my fkn car stolen, how about having some sympathy! NOPE, none at all. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Went to see about getting a car for a week. Didn’t want to give me a discount. And they acted as if they were to busy eating I guess there lunch, it was around 2pm. There were 2 people and both were having lunch at the same time. They were extremely rude especially the female working there. And then they wanted to charge me twice the amount other places charged. And then after all of that they didn’t even have a car. They truly suck never again.

Wonderful service at Enterprise Rent-​A-​Car @Schofield Barracks. I had initially rented a car for one week and needed to extend my rental for over one month. It only took a quick phone call to make the arrangements.
The car was perfect and the staff at Enterprise were very accommodating. I will definitely use Enterprise Rent-​A-​Car for my future trips to visit my son and grandson.
