Sand Spring Apts

I recently moved out of Sand Spring Apartments after living there for almost 6 years.
The location can’t be beat. Allentown, Bethlehem, and Center Valley are only minutes away via route 309, backroads, or Interstate 78. There is a renovated Weis, chinese food, Italian restaraunts, and more within five minutes of the apartments. Miniature golf and a park are located within walking distance. If you’re a walker or like riding bike, there are many places to safely walk and bike right here as well.
The apartment grounds are very well maintained. Snow removal is quick and the most you’ll have to do is move your car if they ask you to, but it’s not required. The area is rural, yet so close to everything. Overall, the apartments and surrounding area are just nice to look at.
Staff is friendly and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.
I lived on the miniature golf side, which is the newer side. The apartment was nicely set-​up and asthetically pleasing. The kitchen had a bar with overhead cupboards. The appliances were generic and cheap; however. Garbage disposal was included. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. The bathroom has tile flooring — the kitchen has linoleum.
They were right on the ball in replacing lights, completing repairs, replacing appliances, and doing any other odds and ends you asked them to. Call in the morning, leave a message, and it’s done by the time you get home from work.
After 6 years though, wear and tear had taken its toll on the apartment. The rug and kitchen floor had become darkened with dirt in some areas. The walls were becoming dirty, etc. They didn’t replace our rugs or have paint to offer us, which is understandable since we were the ones who made them all dirty. They did not replace two windows that had become permanently fogged up (although we were on a «list» to get new ones).
Some people disobeyed the garbage rule and still put their garbage out the night before, instead of in the morning. You are advised to be quiet after 10p.m. to be courteous to your neighbors.
If you’re looking for a place to rent, this place is hard to beat. I definitely recommend it. I loved it here. The area was so nice. Why not move in and create many memories of your own? ;)
