O’hare Airport Taxi Norridge

This taxi service is a joke.
It seems to be one car, run by one man (who picks up his own calls on his cell phone) and he lacks all social graces.
Our hotel called a cab for us (selecting this company) and this guy was about 20 minutes late. When the front desk called to see what the hold-​up was, he claimed he stopped to get gas. Upon arrival, we noticed the gas gauge was still on «E». Yeah. So he takes call after call on his phone the entire ride, yapping away with his wife and then promising several different clients he’ll «be there in 10 minutes». He drops us at our destination and asks if we want him to wait — we ask how much this will cost and he totally REAMS us with an outburst about how his time is money and he does this for a living, blahblahblah, yelling at us instead of simply answering an honest question. Whatever, dude.
We called a different cab to get back to the hotel.
