As StarShade has grown, so have our product offerings and services. As well as solar screens, we offer motorized roller shades, screen rooms, Lifestyle garage screens and screen doors.

David H.

Business Owner

David and Catherine Hunt established StarShade Solar Screen Company in 2006. As we approach our tenth year in business we still have the zest to offer the very best service possible. Living in San Antonio made us aware of the need for solar screens, roller shades and other energy saving products. Thousands of satisfied customers all over the San Antonio Metro area now share in the benefit our our vision, having purchased StarShade products. David is an Army veteran and has a B.A. in Communications from Angelo State University, enjoying duplicate bridge, sport shooting and cooking. Catherine is employed at Randolph A.F.B. and has an M.A. in Russian Language from Odessa State University. She reads voraciously and loves her eBook reader.
