O’reilly Auto Parts

They have really good customer service at this location. I was surprised at how many customer reps they had working inside. Most auto parts stores is usually undermanned and you are waiting in line for service for 2 – 10 minutes. But when I was here about three different reps ask to assist me.

I would say this place is probably the one with the best customer service. I have been to several other auto parts stores and they don’t really do much to help customers out. This store however goes above and beyond to locate the items you need.

A huge shout out to Mark! I had to drive to Austin, but needed to pick up a windshield wiper since rain was in the forecast… And more importantly I was missing one since my hubby pulled the old one off, only to realize the new one I bought from somewhere else didn’t fit. I was in a bit of a bind because I was by myself, and I have never replaced one before. Yes, I’m sure this sounds silly for most of you car people out there, but keep reading because I had a reason to be confused… So I picked out my wiper, Mark verified for me it was the right one, but that part I already had down. I went outside to put it on and I was completely lost. Most wipers you can just slide ride on no problem (I have been told…), but my make and model car is more difficult than most. I went back inside and asked Mark if he could help me… Knowing full well he had no obligation to, but I didn’t know what else to do. He gladly came to my car and helped with the process. I could tell at first he thought it was going to be a quick process, but after about 10 or so minutes he agreed with me that this was a confusing task… I kept thinking he was going to say he couldn’t help me because of how long it was taking, but he didn’t… He kept going until it was on just right! This may sound ridiculous to some, but his kind actions saved my day!!! So thank you Mark for your amazing customer service!!!

Always had great experiences at this location from the staff. They are always ready to answer your questions or give advice, and they never talk down to you, if you don’t quite know all the terminology. Oreilly will also lend you specially tools, when your job requires it (you will have to put a deposit on a credit card until you bring it back).

Great customer service, fast, helpful and you get a veteran’s discount. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I then grabbed what I needed and walked up to the cashier. He rang me up asked me if I was military, I said veteran he looked at my DL and my discount was given. Thanks
