Reeds Tree Service & General Contracting

We are planning on having our septic tank replaced, but needed a large pine tree to come down first. We chose to go with Reeds since they are neighbors of ours. Dustin came when he said he would and had the tree down in a few hours for a fantastic price. When my husband came home from work, he was amazed at the clean up Reeds did. The only evidence they were here was the tree missing from our yard! We will definitely use Reeds again!

When my wife and I bought our house a few years ago, we loved the charm and craftsmanship of it. We knew the challenges of owning an older home, especially the dreaded «deferred maintenance» by which I mean previous owners didn’t address certain issues because they knew they’d be selling. So we went in with our eyes open and our wallets primed for many projects. We’ve addressed almost all of the issues from replacing all of the windows to getting the chimney fixed. However, there was one issue that we had left untouched, tree trimming/​removal. We have two 90 foot Norway spruce in our back yard which drop lots of cones and needles all over the place. Several of the lower limbs had died and we decided we either wanted it down completely or at least seriously trimmed. Being a dedicated Unilocaler, I checked for recommendations in my area. Not finding anything suitable I started asking friends and family. I’m very glad that I did.
We ended up hiring Dustin Reed, of Reeds Tree Service. We set a time for the estimate and he was there a few minutes early, which I always appreciate. We discussed the plan and he gave me a very reasonable quote in which he said that «it would be like we were never there». I have to say, that is absolutely true. I came home from work to find all of the limbs gone and the yard was immaculate, I couldn’t find a needle anywhere! Another nice feature is that Reeds do not use a bucket truck, so there are no deep tire tracks in your yard. I found the entire experience to be excellent and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for tree trimming or removal.
