Established in 1981.

Monograms Plus is the creation of Sue Stanley and Eva Paroly. Sue had been intrigued by embroidery ever since she was eight years old. After college Sue started her career teaching at the high school level and coached three sports. While coaching Sue found extensive problems ordering custom uniforms and untimely delivery of sportswear she ordered for her teams. There had to be a better way.

As Sue searched for an answer, she found herself considering a business of her own. Sue knew that embroidery and screen printing would be a great avenue to pursue and would surely take off. So, grabbing the help of a creative friend, Sue and Eva soon ventured off and began putting together what has quickly become a leader in custom clothing and apparel, Monograms Plus. Nothing else epitomizes the «American Dream» like two friends turning a business idea into reality.

Sue Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from SUNY @ Cortland. After teaching for 3 years at the beginning of her career, Sue has merged her love of sports and graphic design into a new career creating imprinted sportswear. Her designs have helped many schools, teams, and organizations to enhance their image and increase their business.
