Incredibly knowledgeable staff, great communication, no pressie and always willing to answer any question I can think of.

I haven’t personally been to this gun shop, but a couple of my friends who are very knowledgable in firearms have been there, & were more than happy with the service & the prices. I will be going there very soon on a little «shopping excursion» to buy myself some Christmas presents. Brian Oleson of B & J & his other stores are so overpriced that I will never buy from him again, he always charges MSRP or higher, sometimes much higher!!! From what I’ve heard about Bob, he’s very «PERSONABLE & PROFESSIONABLE» in dealing with his customers, a very nice quality!!! See you soon, Bob.

Rob is great. i will use him again in future for any long gun transfer… the LSG all do not want to accept guns from the stores which sells cheaper than them…

Great family operated business. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Firefly has the best firearm transfer rates in the Capital District, and he also stays current on the law which is very helpful. Many other gun stores are too lazy to know what is or isn’t allowed so they simply refuse anything they are unsure of, Firefly takes the time to know what is what.

Totally helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating service at very fair prices. Bob is available at times which are convenient to you and will not conflict with your work or play (or more importantly your spouse’s schedule). He is a delight to work with in every way and his integrity and affability are truly world class. He is a true gentleman, and for you old timers reading this each nice dealing I have had with him leaves me thinking of of the delightful dealings I had with such local great dealers as Adolph Acker and Chet Miller decades ago. I recommend him totally! Check him out for the purchase of new or used firearms or consignment sales or transfers (Bob is well versed and very current in the ever changing new laws and really good at helping you work within them). Bob is great. His service is top notch and his prices for sales and services are very affordable compared to the larger brick and mortar Gun Shops anywhere in the area. Always willing to help and fit within your schedule. I give them business whenever I can.
